A suppressor shielding system suppressor shielding system having a heat shield element, a thermal barrier, a heat shield mount, and a mounting collar. In certain exemplary embodiments, the mounting collar is formed so as to be attached or coupled to a firearm handguard. Alternatively, the mounting collar is formed so as to be attached or coupled to a firearm barrel.

Ambidextrous bolt catch for a lower receiver

A muzzle device and blast sleeve system that includes a muzzle device having a muzzle device borehole, one or more venting apertures extending between the muzzle device borehole and an outer surface of the muzzle device, grouped venting apertures with at least one venting trough extending from or through each venting aperture to a muzzle device first end, and at least one screw recess; a blast sleeve having a blast sleeve borehole extending therethrough, wherein the blast sleeve borehole matingly corresponds to and allows for frictional engagement between the outer surface of the muzzle device and the inner blast sleeve sidewall of the blast sleeve borehole, and one or more venting ports formed through the blast sleeve to be aligned with at least two of the venting apertures; and an anti-rotation screw, positionable through the screw aperture and at least a portion of the screw recess.

Muzzle device and blast sleeve

A gas block system including at least some of a firearm barrel having a barrel conical shoulder, wherein a threaded gas block attachment area is formed proximate a gas block attachment area of the barrel, and wherein a barrel gas port is formed within at least a portion of the gas block attachment area of the barrel; a gas block having a gas block barrel borehole with a tapered proximal shoulder and a tapered distal shoulder, the gas block having a gas block gas port; and a gas block nut having a threaded gas block nut aperture portion and a tapered extension portion extending from the gas block nut, wherein the gas block nut is configured to secure the gas block to the barrel such that the tapered proximal shoulder is abutted against the barrel conical shoulder and the tapered distal shoulder is abutted against the tapered extension portion.

A muzzle device mounting system having an outer collar; an inner collar attached or coupled to the outer collar, wherein the outer collar is in a fixed rotational position relative to the inner collar; a muzzle device positioned at least partially between the inner collar and the outer collar, wherein the muzzle device is rotatable relative to the outer collar and the inner collar; and a pawl lever pivotably positioned relative to the outer collar and the inner collar, wherein the pawl lever includes an engagement surface for engaging one or more splines of a muzzle adapter, and wherein the pawl lever is slidable relative to the outer collar and the inner collar along a longitudinal axis of the outer collar and the inner collar.

Muzzle device mounting system

A suppressor heat shielding system, including at least some of a suppressor heat shield having an internal cavity sized to allow at least a portion of a suppressor to be at least partially contained therein, wherein a sealed heat shield cavity is formed between at least a portion of an interior surface and at least a portion of an exterior surface of the suppressor heat shield, and wherein a vacuum is created within the heat shield cavity; an externally threaded support ring attached or coupled to a first end of the suppressor heat shield, wherein one or more support ring air gaps are formed through the support ring element; a heat shield cap having one or more gas apertures formed therethrough abutted against a second end of the suppressor heat shield; and a heat shield nut abutted against at least a portion of the heat shield cap.

Suppressor heat shielding system

A muzzle device mounting system having a muzzle device having muzzle device locking lug recesses; a locking collar having locking collar locking lug recesses and being rotatable relative to the muzzle device between a locked position and an unlocked position; and a pin extending from the locking collar and into at least a portion of the pin channel to limit rotational movement of the locking collar relative to the muzzle device, wherein if the locking collar is in the unlocked position, the muzzle device locking lug recesses are aligned with the locking collar locking lug recesses and if the locking collar is in the locked position, the muzzle device locking lug recesses are not aligned with the locking collar locking lug recesses.

Lockable muzzle device mounting system

A gas block assembly, including at least some of a gas block having a barrel borehole; an initial gas tube at least partially received within at least a portion of the gas block; and a primary gas tube at least partially received within at least a portion of the gas block, wherein an interior of the barrel borehole is in fluid communication with the initial gas tube, and wherein the initial gas tube is in fluid communication with the primary gas tube.

Gas block assembly

A muzzle device assembly, including a flash suppressor, wherein the flash suppressor comprises a body having a central bore aperture, and wherein the flash suppressor comprises a plurality of air channel inlets and air channels, wherein the air channel inlets and air channels are in fluid communication with the central bore aperture; and a collar, wherein the collar comprises a plurality of airflow apertures, wherein each airflow aperture corresponds to an air channel inlet, and wherein the collar is rotatable between at least an open position and a closed position relative to the flash suppressor, wherein when the collar is in the open position at least a portion of each airflow aperture is aligned with each air channel inlet.

Flash suppressor

An adjustable gas block, including at least some of a body portion with a barrel borehole extending therethrough; a gas block extension portion extending from the body portion; a gas tube borehole extending through the gas block portion and into at least a portion of the gas block extension portion; a gas block gas port in fluid communication between the barrel borehole and the gas tube borehole; a vent aperture extending through the gas tube borehole, providing fluid communication between the gas tube borehole and an exterior of the gas block extension portion; and a vent cap rotatably positionable relative to the gas block extension portion so as to be positioned between a closed position, wherein the vent cap obstructs, blocks, or occludes the vent aperture, and an open position, wherein the vent cap does not obscure, block, or occlude the vent aperture.

A bolt catch to be utilized in conjunction with an upper receiver and the lower receiver of a firearm, including at least some of a bolt catch having a bolt catch upper button portion and a bolt catch lower button portion, wherein the bolt catch is pivotally attached or coupled within at least a portion of a lower bolt catch recess of a lower receiver, wherein at least a portion of a bolt catch upper button portion recess extends above a planar surface formed by the lower receiver proximate the lower bolt catch recess; and an upper bolt catch recess formed in at least a portion of the upper receiver, wherein at least a portion of the bolt catch upper button portion recess is received at least partially within the upper bolt catch recess if the upper receiver is operably attached or coupled to the lower receiver.
