A mattress containing a core section, a high loft non-woven layer at least partially covering a first side of the core section and containing a plurality of heat and flame resistant fibers, bulking fibers, and binder fibers, a ticking layer at least partially covering the high loft non-woven layer and containing a textile layer, a pattern coated layer. The pattern coated layer may be printed on the high loft non-woven layer, the ticking layer, or any layer between the high loft non-woven layer and the ticking layer. The pattern coated layer contains a blend of microencapsulated phase change material (PCM) and a binder, wherein the PCM is fully encapsulated by the binder.

The present invention provides a knit fabric and outdoor sporting apparel formed therefrom. The fabric includes a base structure of polyester yarn and a multiplicity of nylon pile yarns knitted into and extending from the base structure. The fabric exhibits excellent resistance to abrasion, snagging and burr accumulation while muffling scratching noise emissions as it is conveyed through a natural growth environment.

Outdoor sporting fabric

An ultra-sonic weaving machine reed cleaner in which the cleaner is moved adjacent the weaving machine and the reed is cleaned without disturbing the thread-up of the warp yarn in the reed. The reed cleaner consists of three bins in which the reed consecutively is placed to wash it, rinse it and then blow it dry. A plurality of transducers are placed in contact with the bottoms of the washing and rinsing bins to enhance the action of the washing and rinsing fluid.

Ultra-sonic reed cleaning system

An ultra-sonic weaving machine reed cleaner in which the cleaner is moved adjacent the weaving machine and the reed is cleaned without disturbing the thread-up of the warp yarn in the reed. The method of using the system includes inserting the reed into a washing bin and then into a rinsing bin both of which are ultra-sonically treated to enhance the cleaning of the reed. Then the reed is blown free of line and liquid and returned to its operating position in the loom.
