The present disclosure relates to a voting booth assembly. In particular, the present disclosure relates to a voting booth assembly comprising at least one extendable panel adapted for positioning the extendable panel adjacent a substantially planar structure to define a voting compartment between the extendable panel and the substantially planar structure. The voting booth is operable between a collapsed state and an expanded state, thereby providing a temporary voting booth for use as a private area within the polling station for voters to cast their vote when otherwise-used facilities act as a polling station, and which can be easily assembled and/or disassembled for ease of transport and storage during times when the facility does not act as a polling station.

The present invention concerns a privacy booth comprising at least two partition members having first and second terminal ends; and at least two linking members having first and second opposed ends, each second terminal end of the partition member and each first opposed end of the linking members forming a first pivotable coupling, each first terminal end of the partition members and each second opposed end of the linking member forming a second pivotable coupling, the privacy booth being operable between a deployed state, in which adjacent partition members are spaced-apart to define a respective compartment therebetween, and a storage state in which adjacent partition members are substantially parallel with one another, and preferably flat packed against one another.

The present invention provides a ballot box comprising a base, a sidewall secured to the base and defining an interior volume therewith, a lid releasably secured to the sidewall and enclosing said interior volume, and a slot provided in the ballot box to enable posting of ballots into the interior volume, wherein the sidewall comprises a modular assembly of spaced apart elongate struts extending between the base and the lid and a plurality of panels each disposed between a pair of adjacent struts to enclose said interior volume.
