The present invention relates to a novel cryogenic composition intended to be used in thermal treatment devices, and also to its process of preparation. The invention also relates to a thermal treatment device and more particularly to a medical device used to cool a part of the human or animal body, in particular after trauma, inflammation or a surgical act. The invention has application in the therapeutic and/or medical field but also in other fields, such as, for example, for the cooling or the maintenance at low temperature of foodstuffs.

Cryogenic composition

A vibratory instrument includes a tool releasably mounted on a tool carrier designed to be coupled with a vibration generator device. The tool includes in succession along a longitudinal axis: a working portion presenting a free end for reproducing the vibration transmitted by the vibration generator device; a coupling portion; and an elastically-deformable attachment portion disposed upstream from the coupling portion. The tool carrier includes in succession along a longitudinal axis: a housing receiving the attachment portion of the tool; and a coupling bearing surrounding the coupling portion of the tool, at least in part. The attachment portion of the tool presents outside dimensions that are adapted relative to the inside dimensions of the housing of the tool carrier to prevent contact between the attachment portion and the housing when the coupling portion of the tool is in contact with the coupling bearing of the tool carrier.

Vibratory instrument with an interchangeable tool

The present invention relates to a novel insertion material intended for widening the gingival crevice. According to the invention, this material consists of a hydrophilic paste comprising, expressed as percentage by weight relative to the total weight of the material:

Vibratory tip () including a body () having a first end () adapted to be mechanically coupled rigidly with a surgical handpiece () generating vibrations and a second end to which there is fixed a tool holder () intended to reproduce the vibrations transmitted by the handpiece. The tip furthermore includes a tool () with a working area (). The tool () is freely rotatably mounted relative to the tool holder (), which allows the tool to adjust itself automatically in order to remain in contact with the tooth and position the working area on the entire periphery of the tooth with a single tip. The tool preferably includes two working areas to improve keeping and guiding the tool on the surface of the tooth to be treated.

A device for cleaning interdental spaces has a tubular guide element having a first profiled open end to allow its positioning at the entry to an interdental space. A cleaning member mounted movably in the tubular guide element, fixed to a first end of a support member, the support member having a fixed longitudinal direction relative to the axis of the tubular guide element. A gripping member is provided for moving the cleaning member between a first position, in which they are entirely arranged inside the tubular element, and a second position, in which they are arranged entirely outside the first end of the tubular element.

Device for cleaning interdental spaces

A device for dispensing extrudable material, including a reservoir containing the extrudable material and having a dispensing orifice, a tubular endpiece communicating, in an in-use position, with the orifice of the reservoir, and being separable from the reservoir, a base including a reciprocally displaceable piston, a plate-forming element at the front end of the base and having a passage for receiving the endpiece, and a space for receiving the reservoir between the plate-forming element and the piston. A sealing piece having an orifice is disposed between the plate-forming element and the reservoir, the sealing piece having a sealing face facing towards the reservoir and shaped for receipt within the orifice. The tubular endpiece extends through the orifice of the sealing piece, and beyond the sealing piece at a proximal end. The sealing piece and the reservoir are constructed and arranged to mate with substantially friction-free thrust contact along a line of travel of the reservoir displaced towards the plate-forming element in response to the piston, to establish a sealed connection between the sealing piece and the reservoir and permit dispensing of the extrudable material through the orifice and the tubular endpiece; and to separate from each other under the effect of the reservoir being displaced away from the plate-forming element.
