Modular contactor

A mobile contact-holder for a cutout includes a support in which there is formed a housing, a mobile element made of electrically conductive material mounted to slide, in a longitudinal axis of the support, in the housing of the support, an upstream electrical contact pad and a downstream electrical contact pad borne by the mobile element and a spring which exerts a return force on the mobile element. The support includes two oblong holes emerging in the housing and extending along its longitudinal axis. The mobile contact-holder also includes a guiding shaft which is fixed in translation with respect to the mobile element, which extends along an axis parallel to a transverse axis of the support and which is engaged in the oblong holes of the support. The guiding shaft engaged in the oblong holes guides the translation of the mobile element in the housing.

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a stationary contact assembly and a corresponding switch contact. The stationary contact assembly comprises: a stationary contact body (); a stationary contact point () placed on the stationary contact body (); and an arc-guiding member () fixed on the stationary contact body () and including an arc guiding portion (), the arc guiding portion () comprising a first end (A) and a second end (B) that are opposite to each other, the first end (A) being close to the stationary contact point (), a direction form the first end (A) to the second end (B) defining a main movement direction (F) of arc. The arc guiding portion () of the arc-guiding member () comprises an arc-guiding section () at the first end (A), the arc-guiding section is adapted to guide the arc away from the stationary contact point () into the arc guiding portion (), and the stationary contact point () is close to or in contact with the arc-guiding section () in the main movement direction (F) of the arc. The stationary contact assembly of the embodiments of the present disclosure has an improved arc-guiding member that can guide the arc to quickly leave the contact point, enhance the mechanical strength of the stationary contact and reduce the production cost of the contact.

A device for switching an electric current, including a switching block including a mobile electrical contact and a linking unit, integral, as well as an actuation block including an actuator and a mobile pallet. The device includes an improved connection interface, including a pivoting shaft, including an eccentric fastener element, delimiting an internal housing able to accommodate a head of the linking unit. The connection interface can be switched, by rotating the shaft, between a locked state wherein the head of the linking unit is held in the internal housing of the eccentric fastener unit so as to hold the mobile pallet integral in translation with the linking unit, and an unlocked state, wherein the head of the linking unit can move freely in translation with respect to the eccentric fastener element so as to uncouple the mobile pallet from the linking unit.

Electric current switchgear

A device for measuring electric currents includes multiple current sensors of Rogowski type, each suitable for measuring an electric current flowing through an electrical conductor, these current sensors being in adjacent pairs and each including coils for measuring the current and a central aperture for receiving the corresponding electrical conductor. Each current sensor includes two of the coils, which coils are positioned in parallel and facing one another on opposite edges of the central aperture and two ferromagnetic bars extending between ends of the coils, perpendicularly to a longitudinal axis of the coils.

Device for measuring electric currents in electrical conductors

A removable electric current switching element includes a housing including a first bottom plate and a second bottom plate opposite to one another. The housing includes insulating walls which extend around electrically mobile contacts from the second bottom plate and in a direction perpendicular to the second bottom plate. This interconnection module additionally includes a voltage sensor, which sensor is suitable for detecting the presence of a voltage between at least two of the high-power electrical conductors.

A removable electric current switching element includes first and second housing parts fitted to the other and that can be moved between an assembled configuration and a partially disassembled configuration. The first housing part includes side walls provided with through inspection windows, the second housing part includes insulating walls which each delimit a volume in the second housing part around a corresponding mobile conductor. The first and second housing parts are arranged relative to one another in such a way that, in the assembled configuration the insulating walls mask the inspection windows and that, in the intermediate configuration the insulating walls are away from the inspection windows to free access to the inspection windows.

A disconnecting electrical apparatus includes a disconnecting block, including elements for disconnecting an electric current each able to be actuated with a coupling member, to switch this disconnecting element to a blocking state or a state allowing the electric current to pass, an actuator block, provided with a controllable electromagnet suitable for generating an electromagnetic force, a mobile container provided with a magnetic plate, which displaces the coupling members, under the effect of the electromagnetic force, so as to switch the disconnecting elements. The apparatus also includes a connection interface inserted between the disconnecting block and the actuator block, the mobile container being housed inside the connection interface.

An electromagnetic actuator of an electrical contact includes: a stationary portion including at least one coil generating a magnetic field centered on a longitudinal axis; at least one core concentrating magnetic flux, installed within the coil, and including a plate spreading the magnetic flux and defining an active surface perpendicular to the longitudinal axis, and at least one element returning magnetic flux; an armature translationally movable along the longitudinal axis and relative to the stationary portion between first and second positions, by a force induced by the magnetic field; and at least one device returning the armature elastically to a predetermined position of the first position or second position. The spreading plate includes at least one rib closing magnetic field lines between the spreading plate and the armature, protruding relative to the active surface on the armature side and housed on one edge of the spreading plate.

An electromagnetic actuator, including: a ferromagnetic housing extending in a longitudinal direction with a height in a vertical direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction; two coils arranged inside the housing, each including at least one winding around the longitudinal direction; a ferromagnetic member arranged between the coils; and a ferromagnetic plunger subjected to a magnetic field generated by the coils, the plunger movable in the longitudinal direction and to be immobilized in three different longitudinal positions depending on the field generated by the coils. The ferromagnetic member is rigidly connected to the housing and has, in the vertical direction, a size greater than one sixth of the height of the housing, and located at a distance smaller than one fourth of a gap in the longitudinal direction between the two coils, relative to a median plane perpendicular to the longitudinal direction and located at the midpoint between the two coils.

An electrical switching device including an electric power switching module including a block of three input terminals and three output terminals, each input or output terminal being connected to a stationary contact of an electrical switch also including a mobile contact, configured to switch between an open position and a closed position, the mobile contact configured to be moved by an electromagnetic drive mechanism, and a control module, including at least one control input terminal and at least one control output terminal. The control module includes the electromagnetic drive mechanism configured to be supplied by the control terminals to control a position of one of the mobile contacts. A supervision module includes an auxiliary input contact terminal and two auxiliary output contact terminals, the auxiliary input contact terminal being shared by the two auxiliary output contact terminals, the power module being removable separately from the control and supervision modules.

An electric switching system comprises first, second, and third input terminals, first, second, and third output terminals, an electric switching module, and a control module. The electric switching module includes two first switches and two second switches, each switch having a fixed input contact, a fixed output contact, and a mobile contact. Fixed input contacts are connected to fixed output contacts via mobile contacts in a closed position and insulated from each other in an open position. A holder member is configured to be moved by an electric driving device between a first position and a second position. The holder member includes a first mechanical coupling element and a second mechanical coupling element. The control module includes the driving device. The holder member is mechanically coupled to the driving device via the first coupling element in a primary configuration or via the second coupling element in a secondary configuration.
