The invention relates to a vehicle () for transferring a unit load to a unit load receiving device (), comprising: a running gear (), a drive device (), which drives the running gear on the basis of control commands for adjusting a velocity vector of the vehicle () and a vehicle frame () with a receiving component () for receiving the unit load (L), wherein: the vehicle () comprises a vehicle system (S) with a vehicle control function (), wherein the vehicle control function () uses or determines target trajectory follow-up commands as control target specifications, by means of which the vehicle () is moved on a vehicle movement path () along a target trajectory (ST), wherein the drive device () realizes, on the basis of the control commands, a transfer acceleration of the vehicle () at least in a portion comprising the target transfer point (), at which transfer acceleration the unit load (L) on the receiving component of the vehicle is moved onto the unit load receiving device () by virtue of the inertia of the unit load. The invention also relates to a logistics system (A) and a method for transferring a unit load (L) from a vehicle () to a unit load receiving device ().

Vehicle, logistics system and method for transferring a load unit

A vehicle includes an omnidirectional drive system configured to provide a movement of the vehicle, wherein the omnidirectional drive system includes a multitude of omnidirectional drive means, wherein each of the multitude of omnidirectional drive means includes a decentralized computing means and an associated actuator set up for providing a movement contribution for the movement. The vehicle includes a controlling means for providing a controlling command to the omnidirectional drive system containing an instruction for performing a movement. Each of the decentralized computing means is configured to determine a target movement for the vehicle, and to determine, from the target movement, a control of the associated actuator for a target movement contribution, and to determine an offset and to correct the same.

A device includes an optical sensing unit configured to sense an object so as to obtain a picture of the object. The device includes a drive unit configured to drive and to move the device. The device includes an evaluation unit configured to evaluate the picture in terms of an at least two-dimensional pattern and to evaluate the pattern in terms of at least a first marking area and a second marking area. An apparatus having a processing unit configured to obtain scanning information, provided by a detection unit, from a scan of a surface, wherein the scanning information have information on an inherent feature of the surface. Furthermore, the processing unit is configured to extract extraction information for the inherent feature from the scanning information and to perform matching with a database based on the extraction information, wherein extraction information for a plurality of inherent features of the surface are stored in the database. Furthermore, the processing unit is configured to determine the position of the detection unit based on the matching.

A vehicle for transporting cargo includes a cargo receiving portion which is located on a chassis, the cargo receiving portion having a retaining element that secures the cargo at the edge of the cargo receiving portion and a vehicle control unit being provided. The retaining element extends only over part of the perimeter of the cargo receiving portion and is designed to rotate about a vertical axis, the vehicle control unit being configured such that, as a result of each current or anticipated acceleration or deceleration of the chassis, it orients the retaining element about the vertical axis, relative to the current direction of travel, so that the retaining element is at least on the side of the cargo receiving portion towards which the cargo moves after overcoming the static friction between the surface of the load receiving portion and the contact surface of the load.

According to a method for transferring a cargo from a cargo receiving portion of a vehicle onto a cargo take-up station, the vehicle is controlled by a vehicle control unit such that the vector of the velocity of the vehicle is modified immediately before, or upon its arrival at the cargo take-up station and the vehicle is oriented by the vehicle control unit and/or by at least one guide system positioned in the region of the cargo take-up station before the arrival of the vehicle at the cargo take-up station, such that the trajectory of the cargo that is moving away from the cargo receiving portion as a result of the modification in the velocity vector, ends at a receiving region of the cargo take-up station.
