A two-piece dispensing closure for dispensing essential oils includes an insert received into a container opening and a closure body including a dispensing spout and a hinged cap. The cap is connected to the closure body by a living hinge to allow the user to selectively open and close the container. A tamper-evident tear strip is integrally formed with the closure body. The insert and the closure body including mating helical ramps which cooperate to insure that the insert remains installed within the container neck when the closure body is removed after purchase.

Two-piece drop dispensing closure

A self-venting closure assembly includes a closure body having a deck with a peripheral mounting skirt and an annular seal on an underside of the deck adjacent to the peripheral mounting skirt. The closure body further includes a circular valve seat within the center portion of the deck, and a plurality of vent openings circumferentially spaced within the valve seat. An elastomeric umbrella valve is centrally mounted to the deck and has a frustoconical valve flap arranged on an underside of the valve seat. The valve flap cooperates with the vent openings to normally seal the vent openings but permits air to flow into an interior of the closure body when a vacuum is applied to an interior of the container on which the closure is mounted.

Self-venting closure

A dispensing closure for a squeeze-type container produces a fan-type spray in a low pressure environment. The dispensing closure includes a closure body having an upper deck and a skirt depending from the upper deck. The skirt is configured and arranged to attach to a product container, such as a squeeze-type container. A flow conduit extends from an interior of the closure body and through the upper deck to provide a flow path from an interior of the closure to an exterior of the closure. The flow conduit has an entrance orifice and an exit orifice. The flow conduit has an inner wall extending between the entrance orifice and the exit orifice. The flow conduit and the closure body are integrally formed. The flow conduit includes a tip portion with an exit orifice defining a shape to provide a fan-type spray in a low pressure environment.

Fan orifice dispensing closure

A closure assembly includes a vented closure and a dispensing fitment. The closure includes an upper deck, a tubular hub extending downwardly from the upper deck, an annular outwardly threaded fitment neck extending upwardly from the upper deck, and a fitment seat surrounding the fitment neck. The fitment seat has a vent hole radially spaced from the hub. The dispensing fitment includes a fitment body, an arbor extending downwardly from the fitment body, an annular inwardly threaded sealing wall extending downwardly from the fitment body, and a dispensing neck extending upwardly from the fitment body. The arbor is movable between an open venting position and a closed position which blocks the vent hole.

The cap is connected to the closure body by a living hinge to allow the user to selectively open and close the container.

Drop dispensing closure

A squirt dispensing closure () for liquid drink flavor concentrate includes a closure body (), a hinged cap (), and a flow baffle (). The closure body has a closure deck () and a tubular dispensing spout () having a lower portion () extending downwardly to provide a flow conduit () from the interior of the closure body. The flow baffle () includes a bottom wall (), and a side wall () which is snap mounted over the lower portion of the dispensing spout (). A dispensing closure () for dispensing a flowable product () from a squeeze-type product container () includes a closure body () having an upper deck (), an exit orifice (), a flow conduit () providing a flow path to the exit orifice, and a skirt () configured to attach to the product container. A measuring reservoir () is received in engagement with a lower surface of the upper deck. The measuring reservoir is filled with a measured dose of flowable product through flow ports () when the container is inverted. A piston valve () is slidably movable within the measuring reservoir between an open position and a closed position. The piston valve is movable from the open position to the closed position to dispense the measured dose of product responsive to pressure within the container induced by squeezing.

Measured dose dispensers and methods of using the same

A closure with a drain back for a container of liquids is disclosed. The closure includes a closure body having an upper deck. A skirt depends from the upper deck and is configured to secure to a neck of a container. An inner annular wall depends from the upper deck within the skirt. The inner wall has a downwardly sloped bottom wall with an edge forming an opening therethrough, forming a drain back for liquid into the container. A tubular spout extends from the bottom wall. The spout has a dispensing orifice. The spout and dispensing orifice configured for fluid communication with the container to dispense liquids therefrom. The closure may further include a sealing cap connected to the closure body via a living hinge.

Pour lip closure with drain back

A one-piece dispensing closure for dispensing essential oils includes an integrally formed closure body, tubular dispensing spout, a hinged cap, a tamper-evident closure system and a latch for maintaining the cap in an open position. The cap is connected to the closure body by a living hinge to allow the user to selectively open and close the container. A tamper-evident tear strip is integrally formed with the closure body. A locking tab on the cap engages a shoulder on the tear strip to prevent opening of the cap without removing the tear strip.

Dispensing closure

A single dose dispenser for dispensing product from a container is disclosed. The dispenser includes a body portion having skirt configured to couple to a container. A top is connected to the body portion that has a dispensing orifice formed therethough. A middle deck extends across an interior of the body portion forming a storage chamber between the top, inner surface of the body portion and the middle deck for temporarily holding product therein from the container. A cap is connected to the upper deck to selectively seal the dispensing orifice. A reservoir chamber depends from the middle deck for temporarily receiving product from the storage chamber. A flow conduit extends upwards from the middle deck up to the dispensing orifice and downwards into the reservoir chamber for dispensing product from the reservoir chamber.

Auto-refill single dose dispenser

A tamper-evident pouch includes a pouch-like container with a dispensing fitment having a fitment body and a cap bonded to the pouch to form a closed container. At least one tamper-evident tab extends from an upper extent of the pouch and is bonded to the cap. The tab has a tear point allowing the tab to tear in this area when the cap is opened.
