The invention relates to a stator having a multi-phase wave winding made of hairpin conductor elements (). Each phase consists of two parallel or serially connected branches (). Each branch has a first () and a second () winding portion, which are connected to each other in series. The slot position of the two limbs () of each hairpin conductor element alternates by +&#x2212;1. The first winding portion () extends clockwise along the stator circumference; the second winding portion () extends counterclockwise and is connected to the first winding portion via a reverse-connector conductor element (). Both limbs of the reverse-connector conductor element () of the first winding branch () are located in the uppermost slot position; the limbs of the reverse-connector conductor element () of the second winding branch () are located in the lowermost slot position.

Stator for an electric machine

The invention relates to an electric machine comprising a rotor () and a stator (). The rotor () has magnet pockets for receiving permanent magnets (), and the magnet pockets comprise at least one first pair of magnet pockets () and a second pair of magnet pockets (). The second pair () is arranged further inwards than the first pair () when viewed in a radial direction with respect to a rotational axis, and the magnet pockets of each pair of magnet pockets () are arranged symmetrically to one another with respect to an axis of symmetry (), wherein the axis of symmetry () runs in the radial direction and through the center of the rotor (). The magnet pockets of each pair of magnet pockets () are arranged such that the distance of each magnet pocket to the axis of symmetry () increases as the distance to the circumferential edge () of the rotor () decreases. The magnet pockets of the first pair () are arranged at a first mechanical angle to one another, and the magnet pockets of the second pair () are arranged at a second mechanical angle to one another. The invention is characterized in that the first angle ranges from ca. 100&#xb0; to ca. 140&#xb0;, in particular from ca. 120&#xb0; to ca. 140&#xb0;, and the second angle ranges from ca. 65&#xb0; to ca. 112&#xb0;, in particular from ca. 88&#xb0; to ca. 112&#xb0;.

Electric machine comprising a rotor and a stator

The invention relates to an electric asynchronous machine (), in particular an induction machine, comprising: &#x2014;a cylindrical stator () with stator teeth () on a stator yoke (), wherein a ratio between a yoke height (hy) of the stator yoke () in the radial direction and a groove height (hn) of the stator grooves () in the radial direction ranges from 1.75 to 2.5; &#x2014;a cylindrical rotor () with poles () on a rotor yoke which are defined by short-circuit windings in a rotor body (), wherein a ratio between the yoke height of the rotor body () in the radial direction and the groove height of the rotor grooves in the radial direction ranges from 2 to 2.75.

Electric machine

Stators are already known which in each case comprise an annular stator stack having grooves which are open towards an axis of the stator and in which an electrical winding is provided which comprises a plurality of winding branches. The plurality of winding branches each have a plurality of parallel wires for reducing the so-called skin effect. The parallel wires are arranged in the grooves, wherein the winding branches in their configuration each form a plurality of turns of a coil which are each part of an electrical coil, wherein a turn of a coil is formed in each case by two sides of a turn, lying in different grooves, of one of the winding branches and by a turn side connector which connects the two sides of a turn to one another. In electrical windings having parallel wires, an unfavourable wire position and a resulting linking of different magnetic flows may lead to disadvantageous compensating or circular currents which produce additional copper losses in the electric motor. In the stator according to the invention the compensating or circular currents in the parallel wires are avoided or at least decreased. According to the invention, the parallel wires (Z) which are arranged in the same groove () are in each case provided in a common groove section (y) of the respective channel () having a groove section height (H), wherein the groove section (y) in each case comprises, arranged one above the other in the radial direction, layered regions (y. . . yn), wherein in each case the parallel wires ( ) which belong to the same side of a turn are arranged in the same layered region (y. . . yn) of the groove section (y).

Stator of an electric motor

The invention relates to an asynchronous machine () as can be used particularly in electric vehicles or hybrid vehicles. The asynchronous machine () has a rotor () and a stator (). The asynchronous machine is designed and controlled in such a manner that it has a pole pair number p of p=3. Because of the reduced yoke saturation that can consequently be achieved, the stator yoke () can be designed with a lesser height hy, such that a ratio of the outer rotor diameter Dto the outer stator diameter Dcan assume values between 0.7 and 0.8. As a result, enlarged rotor teeth () and correspondingly enlarged rotor grooves () can be formed in the rotor (), such that electrical losses in the material in the rotor grooves () acting as the rotor coil element () are smaller in comparison to conventional asynchronous machines. The electrical losses occurring to a greater extent in the stator () compensating for this lead to a lesser warming of the stator () than would be the case with the rotor () as the stator () can be cooled by simple means. Overall, a higher continuous torque can thus be achieved with the asynchronous machine () according to the invention.

A rotor () for an electric machine, in particular a permanently excited synchronous machine. At least one recess () is formed on the outer wall () of the receiving space () and forms a non-magnetizable space () adjacent to the lengthwise surface () of the permanent magnet (). Due to this non-magnetizable space (), iron losses in the stator teeth can be reduced in particular during operation of the electric machine in the field weakening range, which may result in a rise in efficacy of up to 3% for the electric machine.
