An attachment support, which is designed for attaching a module to a wall () of a tyre (), includes a substantially flexible body () of substantially elongate shape. The body () includes a connecting surface () capable of being placed substantially permanently against an internal wall () of the tyre (), a second, free surface () opposite to the connecting surface (), and at least one substantially cylindrical housing (). The housing () has an axis at right angles to the second, free surface () of the body () and is open on the second, free surface (). The housing () includes a first substantially cylindrical portion () extended by a chamber () of substantially cylindrical shape and coaxial with the first portion (). The chamber () has a diameter greater than the diameter of the first portion () of the housing ().

Support and insert for attaching a module to a tire wall

The invention concerns a tire provided with a capacitative sensor including two substantially parallel electrodes, the sensor being carried by a sidewall of the tire. The electrodes of the sensor lie substantially in a plane perpendicular to the rotation axis of the tire and are substantially orientated in an ortho-radial direction. The invention also concerns a tire provided with a deformation sensor, a method for evaluating the deflection of a tire, and a deformation sensor.
