A method for producing a differential pressure sensor includes steps of: introducing a rotationally-symmetrical electronics module into a cavity of a mechanical module until a contact face of the electronics module hits a stop face of the mechanical module; welding and/or gluing at least the contact face to the stop face; axial welding in an opening region of the cavity, such that the mechanical module is welded to the electronics module all around by means of the weld; filling at least two pressure transmission lines with a pressure transmission liquid, wherein the at least two pressure transmission lines are provided for the transmission of the first pressure and the second pressure from the first separating membrane and the second separating membrane, respectively, to two opposing faces of the differential pressure sensor element; and placing the housing onto the housing adapter.

Method for producing a differential pressure sensor and corresponding differential pressure sensor

A pressure transmission device includes a main part and a separating membrane secured to the main part. A pressure chamber is formed between the separating membrane and a surface, with the pressure chamber communicating with a hydraulic path. The separating membrane is: supplied with the process medium from a first membrane side; the pressure chamber and the hydraulic path are filled with a transmission fluid; the separating membrane is connected to the main part; and the separating membrane has a central region. The device additionally comprises a temperature sensor and a mount, wherein the temperature sensor introduced into the mount. The mount is arranged in a central cavity in such a way that a surface of the mount facing the separating membrane lies on a plane relative to the central region such that the surface of the mount acts as an abutment for the separating membrane when pressure is applied.

A method for producing a differential pressure sensor includes: a) Providing a sensor assembly; b) Providing a main body with a substantially rotationally symmetrical cavity for receiving the sensor assembly; c) Introducing the sensor assembly into the cavity of the main body; d) Welding the sensor assembly into the cavity of the main body by means of a resistance pulse welding method; e) Introducing, for example, by pressing in, a welding ring between the sensor assembly and the cavity of the main body in an opening region of the cavity; and f) Axial laser welding in the opening region of the cavity such that the main body is welded circumferentially to the sensor assembly by means of the welding ring.

Method for producing a differential pressure sensor

A diaphragm seal for transmitting the pressure of a process medium includes a main body having a surface and a separating membrane secured to the surface, thereby forming between the separating membrane and the surface a pressure chamber which communicates, via an opening in the surface, with a hydraulic path. The separating membrane can be exposed to the process medium on a first side, and the separating membrane has a central middle region. The diaphragm seal further includes a temperature transducer for determining a temperature measurement variable of the process medium, which is secured in the middle region on a second side of the separating membrane, and the main body is joined to the separating membrane such that a transmitting fluid, which fills the pressure chamber and the hydraulic path, does not come into contact with the temperature transducer.

A differential pressure sensor for determining a differential pressure value, comprising: a differential pressure measuring transducer having a measuring membrane; a membrane seal having a membrane seal body including a pressure chamber filled with a transmission fluid in which a filling body having a recess is arranged, wherein the differential pressure measuring transducer arranged in the recess, wherein a first pressure is applied to the differential pressure measuring transducer on a first measuring membrane side and a second pressure is applied to a second measuring membrane side such that deformation of the measuring membrane represents a differential pressure value between the first pressure and the second pressure, wherein a piezoelectric layer for determining an absolute pressure value of the first pressure is provided inside the pressure chamber.
