A particle delivery assembly of an agricultural row unit includes a particle tube configured to receive a particle and to deliver the particle toward a trench in soil. The particle tube includes a first body portion, a second body portion, and a hinge coupled to the first body portion and to the second body portion. The hinge is configured to enable the first body portion and the second body portion to pivot relative to one another between an open position of the particle tube and a closed position of the particle tube.

An implement for an agricultural vehicle including a toolbar and a pair of marking devices pivotally connected to the toolbar. Each marking device includes at least one arm configured for pivoting between a stored position and an operational position, and a retention device supported by the toolbar and configured for providing a magnetic retention force which magnetically retains the at least one arm in the stored position.

A connector is provided for connecting a pneumatic hose having an end to a structural member of an agricultural implement. A tubular grommet extends through a port in the structural member. A flange extends radially from the outer surface from the tubular grommet and is engageable with a first side of the structural member. A locking barb also extends from the outer surface from the tubular grommet adjacent a second end thereof. The locking barb is engageable with a second side of the structural member with the second end of the tubular grommet received within the interior of structural member.

One embodiment describes a self-aligning head bracket for a seed planting implement. The self-aligning head bracket includes a securing element that secures the head bracket to a hollow support frame of the seed planting implement and to support a row unit; and a vacuum port fixedly coupled to the securing element. The vacuum port interfaces with an opening in the hollow support frame to establish at least a portion of a pneumatic path between an interior of the hollow support frame and the row unit and to facilitate alignment of the row unit on the hollow support frame.
