A functional module () comprises one or more monitoring-and-control units () configured to be connected to a communication module, and a segment of computer bus () connecting all of the monitoring-and-control units to the communication module. Each unit allow the connection to an electrical load and is controlled by the communication module. The functional module further comprises one or more input-output modules () each associated with a monitoring-and-control unit, to connect the segment of computer bus to a unit and to the electrical load connected to this unit, and to allow the exchange of data between this unit and the electrical load. The segment of computer bus comprises memory blocks, each memory block being configured to be associated with a unit and to store information relating to the type of the unit associated with the memory block and/or operating parameters of the unit associated with the memory block and/or information on the electrical load connected to said unit, as well as information regarding an input-output module.

A monitoring/control plug-in unit for a connection electrical enclosure comprises functional elements and allow the connection and possibly the operation and/or the surveillance of an electrical load. The monitoring/control plug-in unit able to move within the connection electrical enclosure between an operation position and a test position. The plug-in unit comprises a locking system, which comprises an electromagnetic lock. A control circuit board of the drawer control the functional elements and the electromagnetic lock. The locking system of the plug-in unit is configured to allow the monitoring/control plug-in unit to be locked in the test position or in the operation position independently of the functional elements contained in the plug-in unit, and prior validation of the correct operation of the plug-in unit and/or of the electrical load is needed for unlocking the plug-in unit, this validation being performed by the control circuit board and allowing the electromagnetic lock to be unlocked.

Monitoring-and-control drawer for an electrical connection enclosure

A monitoring-and-control drawer for an electrical enclosure is connected to an electricity source and to an electrical load and is linked to at least one communication interface allowing the drawer to be supplied with power or to communicate with an industrial computer. The monitoring-and-control drawer is mobile within the enclosure between three main positions: a disconnected position, a test position, and an operating position. At least one lateral structure comprises a mobile lateral contact () comprising electrical contacts () which, during the movement of the drawer between the test position and the operating position, are fixed with respect to a communication interface and connect the drawer to this interface. The electrical contacts are mobile along a longitudinal axis of the drawer with respect to the drawer when the drawer is between an engagement position and its operating position and are mobile along a transverse axis of the drawer when the drawer is between its engagement position and its test position.

A device for switching an electric current, including a switching block including a mobile electrical contact and a linking unit, integral, as well as an actuation block including an actuator and a mobile pallet. The device includes an improved connection interface, including a pivoting shaft, including an eccentric fastener element, delimiting an internal housing able to accommodate a head of the linking unit. The connection interface can be switched, by rotating the shaft, between a locked state wherein the head of the linking unit is held in the internal housing of the eccentric fastener unit so as to hold the mobile pallet integral in translation with the linking unit, and an unlocked state, wherein the head of the linking unit can move freely in translation with respect to the eccentric fastener element so as to uncouple the mobile pallet from the linking unit.

A removable electric current switching element includes a housing including a first bottom plate and a second bottom plate opposite to one another. The housing includes insulating walls which extend around electrically mobile contacts from the second bottom plate and in a direction perpendicular to the second bottom plate. The housing also includes protection walls which at least partially cover internal faces of the insulating walls, these protection walls being formed of a single piece with the second bottom plate.

A removable electric current switching element includes first and second housing parts fitted to the other and that can be moved between an assembled configuration and a partially disassembled configuration. The first housing part includes side walls provided with through inspection windows, the second housing part includes insulating walls which each delimit a volume in the second housing part around a corresponding mobile conductor. The first and second housing parts are arranged relative to one another in such a way that, in the assembled configuration the insulating walls mask the inspection windows and that, in the intermediate configuration the insulating walls are away from the inspection windows to free access to the inspection windows.

A module for the interconnection between an electrical circuit breaker and an electrical contactor includes a housing and multiple high-power electrical conductors that are housed inside the housing, each of the high-power electrical conductors being suitable for electrically connecting an electrical output of a circuit breaker to an electrical input of a contactor, in order to allow a supply electric current to flow from the circuit breaker to the contactor. The interconnection module additionally includes a device for measuring the current, which device is suitable for measuring the values of the current that flows through the high-power electrical conductors, and an electronic processing unit, which unit is equipped with an interface for connection to a data bus and which unit is programmed to transmit the values measured by the measurement device to the data bus.

A removable switching element for switching an electric current for an electrical switching device includes a housing; first and second fixed electrical conductors; a mobile electrical conductor that can be moved between a first position, in which the mobile electrical conductor electrically connects the first and second fixed electrical conductors; and a second position, in which the mobile electrical conductor is electrically isolated from the first and second fixed electrical conductors. The housing includes two windows passing therethrough, one being located facing an area of contact between the mobile conductor and the first fixed electrical conductor and the other being located facing an area of contact between the mobile conductor and the second fixed electrical conductor.

A disconnecting electrical apparatus includes a disconnecting block, including elements for disconnecting an electric current each able to be actuated with a coupling member, to switch this disconnecting element to a blocking state or a state allowing the electric current to pass, an actuator block, provided with a controllable electromagnet suitable for generating an electromagnetic force, a mobile container provided with a magnetic plate, which displaces the coupling members, under the effect of the electromagnetic force, so as to switch the disconnecting elements. The apparatus also includes a connection interface inserted between the disconnecting block and the actuator block, the mobile container being housed inside the connection interface.

An electromagnetic actuator, including: a ferromagnetic housing extending in a longitudinal direction with a height in a vertical direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction; two coils arranged inside the housing, each including at least one winding around the longitudinal direction; a ferromagnetic member arranged between the coils; and a ferromagnetic plunger subjected to a magnetic field generated by the coils, the plunger movable in the longitudinal direction and to be immobilized in three different longitudinal positions depending on the field generated by the coils. The ferromagnetic member is rigidly connected to the housing and has, in the vertical direction, a size greater than one sixth of the height of the housing, and located at a distance smaller than one fourth of a gap in the longitudinal direction between the two coils, relative to a median plane perpendicular to the longitudinal direction and located at the midpoint between the two coils.

An electrical switching device including an electric power switching module including a block of three input terminals and three output terminals, each input or output terminal being connected to a stationary contact of an electrical switch also including a mobile contact, configured to switch between an open position and a closed position, the mobile contact configured to be moved by an electromagnetic drive mechanism, and a control module, including at least one control input terminal and at least one control output terminal. The control module includes the electromagnetic drive mechanism configured to be supplied by the control terminals to control a position of one of the mobile contacts. An electric switching system comprises first, second, and third input terminals, first, second, and third output terminals, an electric switching module, and a control module. The electric switching module includes two first switches and two second switches, each switch having a fixed input contact, a fixed output contact, and a mobile contact. Fixed input contacts are connected to fixed output contacts via mobile contacts in a closed position and insulated from each other in an open position. A holder member is configured to be moved by an electric driving device between a first position and a second position. The holder member includes a first mechanical coupling element and a second mechanical coupling element. The control module includes the driving device. The holder member is mechanically coupled to the driving device via the first coupling element in a primary configuration or via the second coupling element in a secondary configuration.
