A sole structure for an article of footwear includes a midsole structure including a plurality of members arranged in layers within the midsole structure and an outsole structure. The plurality of members includes a first cushion member including a first compressible material, a second cushion member including a second compressible material that connects with the outsole structure, and a plate disposed between the first and second cushion members, where the plate is configured to bend at one or more specific locations along a length of the plate. The outsole structure includes an upper rubber layer, a lower rubber layer, and a textile layer disposed between the upper and lower rubber layers.

An article of footwear includes an outsole structure, where the outsole structure includes a plurality of layers with at least two rubber layers and at least one textile layer disposed between the two rubber layers. An article of footwear includes an upper, and a sole structure including a midsole structure and an outsole structure, where the midsole structure is located between the upper and the outsole structure. The midsole structure includes a plurality of members arranged in layers within the midsole structure, the plurality of members including a first cushion member formed of a first compressible material, a second cushion member formed of a second compressible material, and a plate disposed between the first and second cushion members, where the plate includes at least one flexure groove extending along a surface of the plate that is transverse a length of the plate such that the plate is configured to bend at the flexure groove.

An article of footwear includes an upper and a sole structure including a midsole and an outsole. The footwear also includes at least one lobe between the upper and the outsole that extends laterally beyond a heel area of the upper and meets the sole at the lobe's edge that is laterally farthest away from the upper so that the lobe is exposed such that when viewed from above, in a direction perpendicular to the sole, the lobe is at least partially visible beyond the sides of the heel. The footwear may include a heel plate that extends laterally beyond the heel area of the upper. Further, the lobe may be a fluid-filled air bladder.
