In this way, the classifier can effectively classify subtypes of DLBCL and provide meaningful output for the benefit of medical practices and DLBCL patients. Also described are arrays and kits that can be used to measure expression of DLBCL signatures genes.

Methods for subtyping diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL)

A modular attic walkway system for creating a walkway across attic joists which includes a plurality of attic joists each has a top face. A plurality of platforms is removably attached to the top faces such that each platform traverses between adjacent attic joists. Each of the platforms is releasably interlocked with an adjacent one of the platforms. Each platform includes a panel. The panel has a top surface, a bottom surface, and a perimeter surface which extends between the top and bottom surfaces. The perimeter surface includes a first mating edge, a second mating edge, a first lateral edge, and a second lateral edge. The first mating edge includes a tongue cutout which extends inwardly from the first mating edge toward the second mating edge. A tongue extension extends outwardly away from the second mating edge and releasably interlocks with a tongue cutout of an adjacently positioned panel.

The present invention relates to isolated antibodies, or an antigen portions thereof, which bind to human HER3. The novel antibodies are of great utility since they allow for the sensitive and specific detection of human HER3. Detection of human HER3 is, e.g., possible in a tissue sample, even when such tissue sample is a formalin-fixed paraffin embedded tissue (FFPET) sample.

Methods, kits, and systems for clarifying obfuscating pigments in histology samples such as an automated method of treating a histology sample with a clarifying reagent so that the clarifying reagent, contacts the sample and the pigments within the sample are decolorized , thus alleviating staining obfuscations associated with pigments. Decolorizing the pigments within the sample enables the histology sample to be interpretable by a qualified reader. An antigen retrieval step is performed after the clarification step.

Disclosed herein are antigen-binding molecules, such as antibodies, that specifically recognize a portion of the EGFR C-terminal (intracellular) regulatory domain that interacts with one or more regulatory molecules (such as Suppressor of Cytokine Signaling ('SOCS') proteins). In certain normal or neoplastic cells and/or tissues, this region is inaccessible to the disclosed antigen-binding molecules. A test assembly for water-flow alarms having a housing made up of two sections. One section includes a control valve, and the other section a viewing chamber. The control valve is capable of a passing water therethrough at two distinct flow rates, one of which being equivalent to the flow rate passing through the orifice of a sprinkler. The viewing chamber contains a uniquely designed sight module therein through which the flow of water can be viewed. By incorporating the test assembly within a sprinkler system it is possible to reliably test a water-flow alarm without activating the sprinkler within the system.
