A motor assembly includes a rotor and a sensor arrangement. The sensor arrangement has a sensor and a target. The target is applied to a surface of the rotor and the sensor is mounted on a bearing shield of the motor opposite the target.

Motor assembly comprising a position sensor

An electric motor-operated drive unit, in particular for a brake actuator of a motor vehicle, includes a rotor shaft rotatably mounted in a housing; and a rotor position sensor that includes a transmitter wheel arranged on the rotor shaft in a rotatably fixed manner and a sensor fixed to the housing and assigned to the transmitter wheel, where a front face of the transmitter wheel is positioned opposite, and with an axial clearance to, a housing wall section of the housing. The transmitter wheel and/or the housing wall section are/is designed in such a way that the axial clearance increases radially outward, at least in some areas.

In a power machine tool which has an electronically commutated drive motor that has a motor shaft and to which a stator core is assigned that s provided at least sectionally with an insulating body at one axial end, with a printed circuit board being disposed in the area of the insulating body and being provided with at least one rotational-direction sensor and at least one temperature sensor as well as a contact element for the electrical contacting of the at least one rotational-direction sensor and the at least one temperature sensor, the printed circuit board is aligned at least sectionally parallel to the motor shaft, and is disposed on the insulating body in such a way that the at least one rotational-direction sensor faces the motor shaft.

Power machine tool having an electronically commutated drive motor

An electrical power tool has an electronically commutated drive motor, preferably a direct current motor. The motor includes a stator core equipped with an insulating body, on which core a motor winding is embodied. Also included in the motor is at least one electrically conductive connector element for electrical connection of the motor winding, the connector element being disposed on the insulating body. The connector element has a fastening segment, and a receptacle for reception of the fastening segment is provided on the insulating body. The fastening segment and the receptacle have complementary geometrical shapes that prevent self-actuated detachment of the fastening segment disposed in the receptacle.

Electrical power tool

In a power tool having an electronically commutated drive motor to which stator components are assigned, which stator components have a stator core equipped with an insulating body, a positioning unit is provided on the insulating body. The positioning unit is designed to enable a positioning of a circuit board, which is assigned to the drive motor, in a predefined alignment on the insulating body.
