A nozzle system for a textile machine comprising at least one nozzle element and a connecting element for connecting the nozzle element to a textile machine. The connecting element comprises at least one quick fastening system. The quick fastening system comprises a first and a second position. In the first position the quick fastening system is connected to the connecting element so that the nozzle element can be fastened to the quick fastening system in such a way that the nozzle element can be removed without auxiliary devices. The quick fastening system is designed in such a way that in the second position the nozzle element is immovably fastened to the connecting element.

A suction device () for a textile machine comprising a mouthpiece () for introducing at least one yarn, a suction pipe () for guiding the yarn and a suction element () for generating a suction pressure. The suction element () comprises at least two cyclone elements () for generating a vortex flow of compressed air. The cyclone elements () are arranged one behind the other in the suction direction (A), so that a yarn can be passed first through a first cyclone element () and then through a second cyclone element (). Each cyclone element () comprises a cyclone axis, the cyclone axes being aligned in particular coaxially. Each cyclone element () comprises at least one opening () at the periphery, which is connected to a preferably common air delivery system (), in particular in such a way that vortexes in both cyclone elements () have the same direction of rotation. The suction device () comprises in particular a Laval nozzle ().

Nozzle () for manufacturing knotted yarn (), having a yarn duct () in which knots are producible with the aid of air entanglement. The nozzle includes at least one air bore () having a longitudinal axis (A), which merges with the yarn duct () in a merging opening (). Air is introducible into the yarn duct () through the air bore. The longitudinal axis (A) of the air bore () is disposed at an angle of less than 90&#xb0;, preferably 65-85&#xb0;, particularly preferably 78&#xb0; in relation to a conveying direction (B) of the knotted yarn (). A baffle face () is configured on the opposite side of the merging opening () of the air bore () in the yarn duct (), so as to be substantially perpendicular in relation to the longitudinal axis (A) of the air bore ().

Nozzle and method for manufacturing knotted yarn

The invention relates to a method and a device for producing a fancy knotted yarn. The treatment air is injected into the yarn channel as primary air via a main bore hole, and as secondary air preferably via two auxiliary bore holes. The introduction of primary air is designed to create a double air vortex, and the introduction of secondary air is designed to ensure the yarn transport and to stabilise the air flow in the yarn channel. The novel solution has surprising advantages in terms of a plurality of quality criteria, predominantly shorter opening lengths, a more uniform vorticity, a number of knots which is higher by approximately 10%, and the possibility of using coarser titers.
