A dunnage device is disclosed. The dunnage device includes a mounting plate to secure the device to a trailer. The dunnage device is supported in a raised position by a first and second support plate. The dunnage device is configured to bear a load in the raised position by a load supporting plate connected to the first and second support plates. The dunnage device is able to transition between the raised position to a lowered position with a reduced profile. The translation of the dunnage device occurs by one or more pivotable connections.

Collapsible dunnage

A free weight bar stabilizer, to be used with a standard sized bar and attached barbell plates. The stabilizer includes a beam pivotally attached to a frame at a pivot point so that it is angularly movable in an arc between a raised position and a lower position, and a bar carriage attached to the beam so that it is linearly movable radially out from the pivot point between a retracted position and an extended position. The bar carriage includes spaced distal arms with attachment points for attaching the bar to support its opposing ends. The bar is thus freely movable within an envelope defined by the ranges of the simultaneous angular movement of the beam and the linear movement of the attachment points on the carriage. The free weight bar stabilizer may also include a counterweight carriage that simultaneously moves on the beam in the opposite direction of the bar carriage to counterbalance the weight of the bar carriage, so it does not add to the quantity of the weight being lifted and reduces push and pull of the bar carriage. Further, the bar stabilizer may include an assisting weight mechanism to assist when working heavy negatives, by providing a counterweight to reduce the actual weight being lifted at a predetermined point as the beam moves towards the lower position. An alternate embodiment of the bar stabilizer includes pivoted main beams that are formed by spaced parallel rails that receive the bar and counterweight carriages in the spacing between the rails. This provides a clean, uncluttered design that maximizes the open area available to the lifter in the vicinity of the bar.

Free weight stabilizer bar

A free weight bar stabilizer, to be used with a standard size bar and attached barbell plates. Free weight bar stabilizer

A motorized car wash device having a hand held washer with a telescopic handle for reaching up to ten feet, as well as a sealed control tube featuring a plurality of control buttons. The tube is connected to a head by a double ear axle joint. The head includes a soap reservoir. A soap pump and soap jets are disposed on a bottom side of the head. Variable speed choices are available for multi-speed motorized direct drive of a receiver selectively holding a plurality of spinning brushes and pads. Pivoting lights provide use of the device in low light conditions. Each of the pump, the jets, the multi-speed motor and the lights in operational communication with the control buttons and batteries.

Motorized car wash device

The gp4l and Dda helicases were found to significantly enhance the dissociation rate of streptavidin from biotin-labeled oligonucleotides in an ATP dependent reaction, demonstrating that these enzymes are capable of imparting a significant force on a molecule blocking their path. The present invention describes an assay for studying enzymatic activity of a helicase using the rate of dissociation of streptavidin from biotinylated oligonucleotides.
