A recyclable, sealable packaging that has one or several polyamides, in a proportion greater than or equal to 90% by weight with respect to the total, and the sealing layer consists of one or several polyamides that are sealable at less than 200° C. is disclosed. The invention affords the main advantages of being recyclable after its use and having a sufficiently low melting temperature for it to seal with itself and with other polyamides.

Method for obtaining biodegradable polyesteretheramide that has a stage of esterification and/or transesterification and amidation reaction, a stage of prepolycondensation, a stage of polycondensation, an optional stage of extraction, a stage of drying and a final stage of extrusion with additives. The method of obtaining PEEA enables better satisfaction of the needs of each client as regards viscosity, composition and additives. It enables reducing the amount of interface product that has lower commercial value and improves the colour of the product, while at the same time provides a more efficient process, ecologically cleaner and safer for all the operatives.

Method for obtaining biodegradable polymers that has a stage of esterification and/or transesterification and amidation reaction, a stage of prepolycondensation, a stage of polycondensation, a stage of extraction and a stage of drying, eliminating the use of chain extenders. The polymer can achieve all the range of viscosities desired and with an improved colour compared to the polymer from other methods, where chain extenders are used, provide a more efficient process, that is environmentally cleaner and safer for the operatives.

Method for obtaining biodegradable polymers

Bio-based and biodegradable polymer of the type used in the manufacture of films and injected or molded products, for example, for applications of containers, bags, healthcare products and films for agriculture or other applications in which the biodegrading characteristic is of interest, has a biodegradable polymer, thermoplastic starch in the co-continuous or continuous phase and at least one polymer that comes from a stable dispersion of the polymer in water or latex. This increases the thermoplastic starch content and thus decreases the biodegradable polymer and obtains films of a greater width by blow extrusion, with similar tensile properties. This provides the added advantage of a lower cost in raw materials, less impact on the environment and greater production.

A process for the additivation of synthetic fibers, artificial fibers and polymers conferring special properties to them, the process comprising the following steps: the encapsulation of an additive in the pores of a porous material; the incorporation of particles of the porous material (capsules) into the polymer matrix of the fiber; and spinning of the fiber; the capsule withstanding the temperatures and other conditions of the different manufacturing processes which the fibers might undergo and the introduction of the additive into the polymer matrix thereof, characterised in that the porous material is a metal oxide, a zeolite, an aluminophosphate, clay, a carbon material, a hybrid organic-inorganic material or a porous polymer. The invention is an improvement in the additivation process of fibers and polymers in terms of the nature of the capsules used, the increase in the storage capacity of additives thereof, the process of incorporating the capsules into the polymer matrix of the fibers and the fact that the present invention refers to an industrial process.

A biodegradable polyesteretheramide for manufacturing films and molded products, for example for application in the protection of foodstuff products and films for agriculture, contains a compound with at least 3 groups capable of reacting with one or several types of the active groups present in the reaction mixture, that is, compounds which, while containing ether groups in their structure, have active groups capable of reacting in the reaction mixture to form amide groups, and which simplifies and shortens the preparation process, reducing its economic cost and obtaining products of greater transparency and higher strain at failure, while maintaining other properties such as resistance to tearing and puncture, and allowing greater widths of films to be made with smaller thicknesses.
