According to an aspect, an inflatable penile prosthesis includes an inflatable member, a reservoir configured to hold fluid, and a pump assembly configured to facilitate a transfer of the fluid from the reservoir to the inflatable member when the prosthesis is in an inflation mode and facilitate a transfer of the fluid from the inflatable member to the reservoir when the prosthesis is in a deflation mode. The pump assembly includes a pump, a valve body having a first valve and a second valve, and a selection member defining a lumen, the selection member being movable from a first position to place the prosthesis in the inflation mode and a second position to place the prosthesis in the deflation mode.

A tool for driving a helical anchor into a target location, the tool including a proximal portion and a distal portion, the proximal portion having a handle and an actuator, and a shaft extending distally from the proximal portion, the shaft comprising an outer shaft and an inner rotating shaft that is at least partially concentrically positioned within the outer shaft, the shaft having a length that facilitates accessing a location of a posterior pelvic region, wherein the inner rotating shaft is actuated by movement of the actuator in a predetermined motion.

Implantable slings and anchor systems

A penile prosthesis includes an inflatable cylinder, a fluid connector and a pump. The inflatable cylinder includes an inflatable volume extending within a front tip, and a reservoir within a rear tip. The fluid connector includes a first end, and a second end that is forked into an inflation branch, which is fluidically coupled to the inflation volume, and a reservoir branch, which is fluidically coupled to the reservoir. The pump is attached to the first end and is configured to drive fluid from the reservoir through the reservoir branch and the inflation branch, and into the inflatable volume.

Implantable penile prosthesis

A penile prosthesis includes an inflatable cylinder and a pump. The inflatable cylinder includes an inflatable volume extending within a front tip, a reservoir within a rear tip, and a deflation block. The deflation block is positioned between the inflatable volume and the reservoir, and includes a one-way valve configured to control a flow of fluid from the inflatable volume to the reservoir. The pump is configured to drive fluid from the reservoir and into the inflatable volume.

A stent delivery system and method for intraluminal delivery and deployment of a self-expanding prosthesis at a site within a body canal is provided. The delivery system comprises a housing removably attached to a delivery tool. The housing stores the self-expanding prosthesis in an expanded state. The delivery tool has a catheter assembly with a capture zone. The capture zone receives and contains the self-expanding prosthesis in a compressed state. A securing mechanism couples the catheter assembly to the self-expanding prosthesis, wherein the securing mechanism transfers the self-expanding prosthesis from the housing to the capture zone immediately prior to the delivery and deployment procedure.

Stent delivery device and method

A pump assembly for a penile implant is provided having a mechanism that prevents spontaneous inflation of the cylinders implanted within the patient. The preventative mechanism includes a switching mechanism for moving a valve into either a closed or an open position. When closed, the locking valve prevents fluid flow in an adverse direction. While open, the pump functions normally allowing the cylinders to be inflated.
