Image processing can include storing a first image and a second image in response to a first command. The first image can be captured by a first camera and comprise first pixels and have a first field of view. The second image can be captured by a second camera and comprise second pixels and have a second field of view. A second command can be received and the first image can be edited based on the second command. The edited image can have a third field of view and comprise pixels based on the first pixels and the second pixels.

Multi-camera post-capture image processing

Aspects of the present disclosure relate to systems and methods for assisting in positioning a camera at different zoom levels. An example device may include a memory configured to store image data. The example device may further include a processor in communication with the memory, the processor being configured to process a first image stream associated with a scene, independently process a second image stream associated with a spatial portion of the scene wherein the second image stream is different from the first image stream, output the processed first image stream, and output during output of the processed first image stream a visual indication that indicates the spatial portion associated with the second image stream.

Assist for orienting a camera at different zoom levels

Image processing can include storing a first image of a scene captured by a first camera, storing a second image of the scene captured by a second camera, and storing a first user-composed image. The first user-composed image can be derived from at least one of: (a) the first image and (b) the second image. The image processing can further include: receiving a second command to edit the first user-composed image, editing the first user-composed image, and saving the edited first user-composed image as a second user-composed image.

Producing stabilized video can include: (a) accessing a first video including a sequence of first frames, (b) accessing a second video including a sequence of second frames, and (c) building the stabilized video based on the accessed first and second videos. The stabilized video can include a sequence of stabilized frames. At least one stabilized frame can include pixels derived from at least one of the first frames and at least one of the second frames.

Multi-source video stabilization

Example techniques are described for low power mode operation for multi-camera devices. A camera device includes processing circuitry configured to determine what information from the first camera is needed to process image content captured by the second camera or to operate the second camera, and adjust an operation mode of one of the first camera or camera circuitry coupled to the first camera from a first operation mode to a second operation mode based on the determination. An amount of power consumed by the first camera or the camera circuitry coupled to the first camera in the second operation mode is different than an amount of power consumed by the first camera or the camera circuitry in the first operation mode.
