Electrical current transducer including an insulating body, a magnetic core comprising a central passage and a magnetic circuit gap, a magnetic field detector positioned in the magnetic circuit gap, and a sheet metal leadframe conductor arrangement comprising a primary conductor for carrying the current to be measured and secondary conductors for connecting the magnetic field detector to an external circuit, the primary conductor comprising a central portion extending through the central passage of the magnetic core, lateral extension arms extending from opposite ends of the central portion, and connection ends for connection to an external conductor, the secondary conductors comprising a plurality of conductors, each conductor comprising a sensing cell connection pad substantially aligned with the central portion of the primary conductor and a connection end for connection to the external circuit, the insulating body comprising an inner overmold portion surrounding a central portion of the primary conductor and forming a core guide positioning and insulating the magnetic core with respect to the leadframe conductor arrangement. The insulating body further comprises an outer overmold portion molded over the inner overmold portion, the magnetic core, magnetic field sensor, and a central portion of the leadframe conductor arrangement.

Current transducer including a housing comprising a coil support, a magnetic core extending between a first end and a second end, and a coil comprising a plurality of windings formed around the coil support. The coil support comprises a core receiving channel within which the magnetic core is inserted, the coil support comprising a radially inner support portion and a radially outer support portion between which the core receiving channel is disposed. The radially inner support portion is slidably movable with respect to the radially outer support portion.

An electrical current transducer including a housing, a magnetic core comprising a central passage and a magnetic circuit gap, a magnetic field detector positioned in the magnetic circuit gap, and a leadframe conductor arrangement comprising a primary conductor for carrying the current to be measured and magnetic field detector conductors for connecting the magnetic field detector to an external circuit.

Electrical current transducer for measuring an electric current in a primary conductor, including a housing (), a magnetic core () surrounding a central aperture () through which the primary conductor extends, and a magnetic field sensing device () comprising connection terminals (). The housing comprises a magnetic core receiving cavity () in which the magnetic core is lodged and a connecting interface portion () in which the magnetic field sensing is lodged, the connecting interface projecting outwardly from the magnetic core receiving cavity and comprising latching elements complementary to latching elements of a separate connector interface element () selectively mountable to the connecting interface portion. The connector interface element comprises a connector shroud () forming with the connection terminals a pluggable connector interface for pluggable connection to an external pluggable connector, the current transducer adapted for mounting on an external circuit board without connector shroud.

An electrical current sensor comprises a magnetic circuit with an air-gap, a magnetic field sensor positioned in the air-gap, and a secondary coil surrounding a branch of the magnetic circuit. The magnetic circuit comprises at least two parts () that are assembled together, a branch portion () of each part being insertably received in a central cavity of the secondary coil in an axial direction (A). The air-gap () is arranged between overlapping branch portions of each magnetic field circuit part.
