A fuel delivery assembly including a fuel pump module having a mounting flange and a reservoir housing carried by the mounting flange, and an emissions canister pivotally mounted to the reservoir housing of the fuel pump module, wherein the emissions canister is pivoted relative to the reservoir housing when the assembly is inserted through an access opening of a fuel tank and assembled thereto. Preferably, the assembly is positioned within the fuel tank so that respective bearing surfaces of the fuel pump module and emissions canister are in substantially the same plane against the bottom of the fuel tank, and a longitudinal axis of the emissions canister is approximately perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the fuel pump module.

In-tank fuel delivery assembly with a pivotably mounted emissions canister

A connector attaches an accessory to a fuel pump module. The connector includes a fuel pump module mounting member having attachment features to attach the mounting member to the fuel pump module, and movement limiting features to resist relative movement with respect to the fuel pump module. The connector also includes an accessory mounting extension that extends from the mounting member and includes attachment features to attach the accessory to the connector.

Connector for in-tank fuel delivery assembly

A fuel pump module and carbon canister assembly adapted for mounting within a fuel tank. A fuel pump module has a flange and a body carried by the flange. A carbon canister is attached to the body of the fuel pump module and is adapted for an inclined orientation with respect to the flange of the fuel pump module. The fuel tank may include a bottom and a top having an opening through which the fuel pump module and carbon canister assembly may be inserted. The carbon canister may be adapted for resting on the bottom of the fuel tank once inserted therein.

Tank-integrated carbon canister

A system for coupling the end of a fuel feed hose with the opening of feed equipment placed inside a motor vehicle fuel tank. The end of the hose and opening have resiliently snap-fastening complementary locking mechanisms provided with an elastically-deformable tongue which can be moved to perform unlocking. The tongue is positioned in such a manner that when equipment is mounted inside the tank, it comes into contact or nearly into contact with a wall zone of the tank in such a manner that unlocking the coupling system is not possible.
