A method for providing information to a communication terminal of a user, a method for broadcasting to the terminal, and an information manager and broadcaster using the methods. The information is based on data relating to at least one object connected to a communication network, such as the Internet. The information-providing method includes selecting a broadcasting channel depending on whether the broadcasting channel is being actively used by the communication terminal of the destination user, the broadcasting channel being able to broadcast, to the at least one communication terminal of the user, a piece of information generated on the basis of at least one datum originating from at least one connected object associated with the user. Thus, the data originating from the connected object(s) allow the user to be informed in a pertinent, personalized and unintrusive way.

Objects are provided that can be manipulated relative to a touch-sensitive surface, in particular game pieces or buttons for interacting with a touch screen. A manipulable includes at least one lug enabling an interaction with the touch-sensitive surface; and a slot suitable for inserting the manipulable object on a holder that can be positioned relative to the touch-sensitive surface. The placement of the slot over the height of the manipulable object is suitable for keeping the at least one lug of the manipulable object in interaction with the touch-sensitive surface. Thus, the manipulable object allows the touch-sensitive surface to be interacted with at any time without any interaction errors, regardless of the position of this touch-sensitive surface relative to the horizontal. The touch-sensitive surface identifies any interaction (at a point or sliding) of the manipulable object and a non-erroneous location of this interaction on the tactile surface.

A method of navigating in a sound content wherein at least one key word is stored in association with at least two positions representative of said key word in the sound content, and wherein the method comprises: a step of displaying a representation of the sound content; during playback of the sound content, a step of detecting a current extract representative of a key word stored at a first position; a step of determining at least one second extract representative of said key word and a second position as a function of the stored positions; and a step of highlighting the position of the extracts in the representation of the sound content. The invention also relates to a system adapted to implement the navigation method.
