In a solenoid valve for a hydraulic braking system, a mechanical locking device is formed between a guide assembly and a valve armature or tappet. The mechanical locking device releases the valve armature or the tappet in a currentless closed position such that the restoring spring drives the valve armature and presses the closing element into the valve seat to seal and fastens the valve armature or the tappet in a currentless open position against the force of the restoring spring in an axial locking position such that the closing element lifts from the valve seat. The valve armature includes a main-stage armature having a first surface to which pressure is applied and a preliminary-stage armature having a smaller, second surface to which pressure is applied. The preliminary-stage armature is mounted axially movably in the main-stage armature and interacts with a preliminary-stage seat by means of a preliminary-stage closing element.

Solenoid valve and hydraulic braking system for a vehicle

A normally closed solenoid valve includes a valve sleeve, a pole core fixedly positioned in the sleeve, an axially displaceable armature, a spring, a closing element, a valve seat, and an elastic component. The spring acts between the pole core and the armature in order to push the closing element into the valve seat. The closing element interacts with the armature. A prestressing force of the spring causes a deformation of the elastic component, which is positioned between the armature and the pole core, such that an impact of the armature on the pole core is damped via a regression of the deformation of the elastic component.

Normally closed solenoid valve

An electromagnetically actuated valve, in particular a pressure control valve of a slip-controllable vehicle brake system, includes a seat body with a valve seat, at least one inflow channel, and an outflow channel. The valve includes a shut-off element configured to avoid a hydraulic short circuit between the inflow channel and the outflow channel when the valve seat is closed. The shut-off element is equipped with flow-directing means. The flow-directing means prevent the partial flows from the inflow bores from hitting each other and direct the flow to a closing body, which controls the valve seat, in such a way that a transverse force is applied to the closing body when the closing body performs a stroke motion. The transverse force radially deflects the closing body during an opening or closing motion and causes an effect that stabilizes the stroke motion and dampens radial vibrations.
