A contactless memory card that includes a card body ( ), an integrated circuit ( ) embedded in the card body, and a coupling antenna ( ) connected to two contact pads ( ) of the integrated circuit. The antenna is made in a spiral pattern, with its turns passing over the flush face ( ) of the integrated circuit.

Memory card of the contactless type

An integrated circuit card with two connection modes. The integrated circuit card includes a card body in which there is embedded a link circuit for linking a contactless coupling element (,) to a module having an integrated circuit (,) connected to conductive areas carried by a support film (,). The link circuit extends in register with conductive areas (,) dedicated to making a contactless link and is connected to said conductive areas by an electrically conductive material (,) filling blind holes (,). The blind holes have sections that increase from a bottom of each hole towards an opening thereof over at least a portion of their height.

Integrated circuit card with two connection modes

The invention relates to a memory card of the type comprising a card body (,) having an integrated circuit (,) embedded in one face thereof, with said face carrying a conductor pattern (,) made up of a plurality of conductive areas (,) and of associated conductive tracks (,). According to the invention, a reinforcing element (,) implemented in the form of a closed ring is disposed in the thickness of the card body (,), in register with the zone occupied by the integrated circuit (,) so as to stiffen locally the zone of the card which carries the integrated circuit.
