The present invention relates to process for the preparation of cannabidiol (A) from the coupling of (D) and (E) through the intermediates (C) and (D) starting from compound (B). The invention further relates to the novel compounds (B), (C), (D) and (E) and reagents used in this process. More specifically, this invention provides the manufacturing of Cannabidiol (A) in milligram to gram or kilogram scale.

The present invention relates to newer generation of triazoles, tetrazoles, isoxazoles, urea and sulphonamide functionalities containing 6-nitro-2,3-dihydronitroimidazooxazoles agents of formula 1, their method of preparation, and their use as drugs for treating, MDR-TB and XDR-TB either alone or in combination with other anti-tubercular agents. In the present invention, new generation 6-nitro-2,3-dihydronitroimidazooxazoles agents also show acceptable pharmacokinetic properties and synergistic or additive effects with known anti-tubercular drugs. 

6-nitro-2,3-dihydroimidazo[2,1-b]oxazoles and a process for the preparation thereof

The present invention relates to new generation of triazole functionality containing 6-nitro-2,3-dihydroimidazooxazole agents for general formula I, their method of preparation and their use as drugs for treatment of tuberculosis, MDR-TB and XDR-TB either alone or in combination with other anti-tubercular agents. In general formula 1, X is selected from a group (CH)or a direct bond, where n is any number from 1-6, Y is selected from O, S or direct bond, Ris selected from the group consisting of H, alkyl, substituted alkyl, aryl, substituted aryl, biaryl, substituted biaryl, heterocyclic and substituted heterocyclic, wherein the substituted heterocyclic is selected from any of the following rings consisting of piperazinyl, morpholinyl, piperidyl, pyridyl, triazolyl, triazinyl, pyrimidinyl, pyridazinyl, oxazolyl, furanyl, benzofuranyl, thiophenyl, pyrrolyl, imidazoyl, thiazoyl, quinolinyl, isoquinolinyl, benzooxazolyl and benzothiazolyl and the substitution on aryl and biaryl is selected from the group consisting of F, CI, Br, I, CF, OCF, OR, NOand alkyl chain from C1 to C14, wherein Ris selected from the group consisting of H, alkyl, phenyl and substituted phenyl. 

Substituted 1,2,3-triazol-1-yl-methyl-2,3-dihydro-2-methyl-6-nitroimidazo[2,1-b]oxazoles as anti-mycobacterial agents and a process for the preparation thereof

Compounds with unique liphagane meroterpenoid scaffold having boronic acid functionality in the skeleton are described (formula 1) together with pharmacological potential of these compounds as anticancer agents. A method of preparation and inhibiting the activity of phosphoinositide-3-kinase (PI3K-alpha and beta) has been presented. In particular, the invention describes a method of inhibiting PI3K isoforms, wherein the compounds are novel structures based on liphagane scaffold with unique boronic acid functionality. The methods and uses thereof are described herein this invention.
