Vehicle transactions can be facilitated based on location. A customer location can be tracked relative to vehicles at a dealer location. A customer in close proximity to a particular vehicle at a dealer location can be detected, and a finance agreement can be generated between a financing party, the customer, and the dealer of the vehicle based on the detection of the customer and the vehicle. Further, a mechanism is provided to aid execution of the finance agreement as a contract between the customer, the financing party, and the dealer to finalize a sale or lease of the vehicle.

Location based vehicle transactions

Purchase assistance is provided to a user based on user device location and direction. Input to a user device, identifying a product or service of interest, can be received. Next, a location of the user device is determined, and one or more providers of the product or service are identified in proximity to the location of the user device. Direction information of the user device is determined by ascertaining a compass orientation of the user device or a direction vector of movement of the user device. Subsequently, providers are identified based on the direction information and presented to a user on a display of the user device. Further, an offer associated with the product or service, such as a finance offer, can be generated and presented with the providers on the display.

Techniques described herein include techniques for communicating information about the social behavior of users and transactions performed by users on a computer network. In one example, this disclosure describes a method that includes receiving information about identity disclosure activities performed by each of a plurality of users on the network; determining that the information about identity disclosure activities includes information consistent with a prior identity disclosure activity performed by a first user having a first user status on the network; increasing the first user status; determining that the information about identity disclosure activities includes information that is not consistent with a prior identity disclosure activity performed by a second user having a second user status on the network; and decreasing the second user status.

An attempt is made to locate the performance token and the service request associated with a customer data request. Further, the permission token and service token can be evaluated. A compliance state is set to non-compliant when a search fails to locate the permission token and the service token or when the permission token is expired or the service request is invalid. If the compliance state is non-compliant, an alert or security action can be initiated.

A card, such as a payment card, can enable provisioning of services. The card includes hardware and software that enable the card to connect to a local device that includes a display. Further, the card can comprise hardware and software that allow the card to connect to a remote server, in one instance by way of a dedicated communication channel. The card can also include a processor and memory that stores instructions that when executed by the processor provide services, such as bank services. The display is provided with graphical elements by the service for rendering including data from a bank or other remote server. A device or interactive display can enable user interaction with services.

The innovation disclosed and claimed herein, in one aspect thereof, comprises systems and methods of vehicle based transactions. The innovation associates a tag with a financial account and a vehicle. The financial account is associated with a customer that is associated with the vehicle. The tag is readable to perform associated financial functions. The tag is scanned with a reader. The reader is associated with the entity authorized to make charges to the financial account. Security controls are applied for the tag. The security controls dictate a charge type or authorized creditor for executing transactions. A financial transaction is executed between an entity and the customer using the tag associated with the financial account.

Vehicle based transactions

The innovation disclosed and claimed herein, in one aspect thereof, comprises systems and methods of compliance management and determining non-compliance. The systems and methods can process a data request from a user and generate a permission token for a service operator and a service request for the data request. The systems and methods can determine a service operator that has permissions to solve the data request. The systems and methods can receive the permission token and the service request when the service operator has solved the data request and process the permission token and the service request upon completion of the data request by the service operator. The systems and methods can determine non-compliance based on receiving an expired permission token, an invalidated service request, or only one or neither of the two. The systems and methods can generate and alert and/or recommend security actions according to an escalation matrix.
