Embodiments of the invention are directed to systems, methods, and computer program products for identifying sensitive, or non-publicly available, information, reclassifying identified sensitive information, and managing access to identified sensitive information in an intelligent and dynamic manner. In some embodiments, the systems and methods described herein utilize a pattern recognition engine designed to analyze and detect identifying characteristics of sensitive data or private data characteristics. The system may also employ an automated response and reporting capability to automatically re-classify sensitive data and apply appropriate protection measures in a multi-platform approach.

System and methods for intelligent entity-wide data protection

A system is provided for automated cross-network monitoring of computing hardware and software status. In particular, the system may track the status of various computing resources using process automation-based operations to simulate calls made by users to the various resources that the users are authorized to access. Based on said operations, the system may assess whether the authorized pathways to the resources and/or their respective components are properly functioning by capturing information regarding the resource, its associated components, and the current status of the resource. The results of these operations may be aggregated to provide an overview of which resources and/or systems are functioning and which are not. In this way, the system may provide a detailed view of the statuses of the individual resources and components within an entity's complex computing network.

System for automated cross-network monitoring of computing hardware and software resources

An online data hub/portal that provides for data to be extracted from production environments, sanitized (removal of non-public information NPI) and loaded into non-production environment (e.g., testing and development environment). The online data hub/portal allows users to extract data from a disparate production applications into a first secure staging location that triggers identification of Non-Public Information (NPI), sanitization of the identified NPI and validation of the data (e.g., verifying that NPI has been identified and sanitized and that all relationships between data elements in downstream and upstream applications are kept intact). Once sanitized and validated, the data hub places the data in a second secure staging location that provides for loading the sanitized data into the non-production environment.

Systems for sanitizing production data for use in testing and development environments

A system provides a way to scan protected electronic data via database schema collection. In particular, the system may comprise a database schema collection application which may aggregate physical database schema from all of the databases within the network environment. The system may further comprise a protected data scan application which may receive scan results from the database schema collection (e.g., by scanning metadata) and subsequently output the scan results to other applications and/or repositories. The protected data scan application may further report changes in database schema to account for new values and/or categories existing within the various databases.

A system for mining of real-time data from non-production environments (e.g., test and development environments). The data that is mined/extracted is 'live' data that reflects instantaneous changes, modifications, to the data. In addition, since embodiments of the present invention provide users/testers with a 'live' real-time view of the mined data, the data is stored in temporary storage/non-cache memory as opposed to permanent storage (i.e., cache memory). As a result, once the user/tester consumes the data (i.e., modifies, changes or otherwise conditions the data), the data is deleted from the temporary/non-cache storage location. Thus, embodiments of the invention eliminate the need to provide for and maintain a large database for permanent storage of mined test data.

Systems for real-time mining of data in test and development environments

Cloning of sanitized data records for subsequent provisioning in data test environments. A set of data records of a specified number that meet predefined testing criteria is requested. A single data record that meets the predefined testing criteria is pulled from a production environment. The data record is sanitized by identifying nonpublic personal information (NPI) and algorithmically replacing the NPI data with fictitious data. Subsequently, either the data record or the sanitized data record is iteratively cloned until the specified number is generated. Cloning involves algorithmically replacing the NPI data in the data record with other fictitious data or replacing the fictitious data in one of sanitized data records with other fictitious data. In addition, as a means maintaining integration between the tables and files that include the data record and the applications that use the data, the sanitization process also involves replacing a primary key value associated with the data record being sanitized with a different primary key value that is unique to other primary keys associated with other sanitized data records included in the set.

Cloning of sanitized data records for use in data testing environments

A system is provided for synchronization and provisioning of electronic testing data across applications. In particular, the system may continuously capture data from multiple different applications within the production environment and sanitize the data for use in the lower level testing environments. The testing data may be synchronized and/or standardized such that the testing data may be used across multiple disparate downstream test applications. In this way, the system may ensure that testing data is always available, synchronized, current, and sanitized for use by in the lower level testing environments.

The system is configured for establishing a communication link with a plurality of disparate systems, retrieving data from the plurality of disparate systems via the communication link, sanitizing the data retrieved from the plurality of disparate systems, generating a query to validate the sanitized data, wherein the generation of the query is based on a set of rules, validating the sanitized data using the query generated based on the set of rules, determining that the validation of the sanitized data is successful, and transmitting the validated sanitized data to a second plurality of disparate systems.

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a system, computer program product, and method for providing a centralized, automated, and integrated platform for management and provisioning of testing data. In particular, the integrated platform may provide users with a comprehensive interface through which the user may procure and/or customize data for the purposes of testing an application within a testing environment before migrating the application to a production environment. Embodiments of the present invention provide a holistic and secure resource provisioning gateway system. In particular, a managing system receives resources from disparate sources like production environments. The resources are divided into multiple resource blocks and each resource block is transmitted to individual servers of a resource gateway network along with packaged code that is configured to cause the individual servers to identify sensitive resource elements and sanitize the sensitive resource elements.
