Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may select, from an available resource pool, one or more resources for transmitting a packet on a channel. The UE may determine that a new shared channel occupancy time (COT) has been initiated on the channel. The UE may adapt at least one resource of the one or more resources for transmitting the packet based at least in part on determining that the new shared COT has been initiated. Channel occupancy time sharing aware resource selection for unlicensed CV2X communications

To facilitate efficient LBT sidelink sensing procedures, methods, apparatuses, and computer program products are provided. An example method of a sidelink wireless device includes initiating an LBT sidelink sensing procedure including initiating an LBT timer to run for at least a minimum sensing duration in a channel. The example method further includes detecting one or more signals in the channel during the LBT side link sensing procedure. The example method further includes allowing the LBT timer to continue to run.

LBT procedure for sidelink operations in unlicensed bands

Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. The described techniques provide for dynamic updates to beam failure detection (BFD) reference signals (RSs) and path loss RS using medium access control-control element (MAC-CE) or downlink control information (DCI). For example, the quasi co-location (QCL) of periodic CSI-RS may be dynamically updated by the MAC-CE or DCI when the periodic CSI-RS is for BFD RS. Also, a semi-persistent CSI-RS or aperiodic CSI-RS may act as a BFD RS. An enhanced update procedure may be used to update the path loss RS dynamically using MAC-CE or DCI. In some cases, the path loss RS parameters updated via MAC-CE or DCI may overwrite the previously RRC configured path loss RS parameters. In another example, if the path loss RS is not configured, then the path loss RS by default may be the spatial relation reference signal of the corresponding uplink beam.

Techniques for updating reference signals

Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for channel state information (CSI) processing occupation determination that can be used even in multiple transmission reception point (mTRP) scenarios. A method that may be performed by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving a channel state information (CSI) reporting configuration configuring the UE with a plurality of CSI reference signal (CSI-RS) resources for channel measurement (CMRs). The method includes determining a number of occupied CSI processing units, a number of occupied active CSI resources, and/or a number of occupied active CSI-RS ports based on an actual number of CSI measurements. The method includes performing CSI measurement based on the determination.

A video stream scheduling unit may schedule resource allocations for each video frame of a plurality of video frames of video streams from a plurality of video sources based on a compressed frame type of the video frame, determine that a total frequency bandwidth of scheduled resource allocations for the frames concurrently due for transmission is greater than or equal to a threshold bandwidth, and receive the video streams from the plurality of video sources based on the scheduled resource allocations. The scheduling unit may delay or cancel a video frame with low priority or may instruct a video source to increase the compression rate of the video stream.

Scheduling compressed video frame for in-vehicle wireless networks

Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some systems, a vehicle may identify a set of zones of the vehicle, each zone including a number of components connected to a wireless in-vehicle network of the vehicle. A scheduler of the vehicle may associate a different set of frequency resources to each zone of the vehicle and may allocate frequency resources to each component of the vehicle from the set of frequency resources associated with the zone in which the component is located. The scheduler may associate the different sets of frequency resources with the different zones of the vehicle such that two zones that are located at opposite sides or ends of the vehicle may be associated with sets of frequency resources that are spaced in frequency from each other by a maximum frequency spacing.

Position-aware resource allocation for a wireless in-vehicle network

In some aspects, a user equipment may determine that an enhanced type-II channel state information (CSI) report configuration, associated with transmitting CSI feedback to a base station, is to be overridden; and transmit, based at least in part on determining that the enhanced type-II CSI report configuration is to be overridden, a CSI report using another CSI report configuration, wherein the CSI report includes the CSI feedback and an indication that the enhanced type-II CSI report configuration has been overridden.
