Disclosed herein are embodiments for optimization of an energy grid system. First and second prediction models associated with a first energy grid system and a second energy grid system, respectively, may be trained based on historical data associated with each energy grid system. A prediction model basis may be created including the first and second prediction models. Training data associated with a third energy grid system may be input into each prediction model of the prediction model basis, and an accuracy of the prediction models may be evaluated to determine whether the prediction model basis is complete. When complete, a context-matching model may be trained based on subsequent energy grid systems until the context-matching model is determined to be sufficiently accurate. Then, the context-matching model may be used to identify a prediction model matching a new energy grid system, which may be used to warm-start the new energy grid system.

Methods and systems for an enhanced energy grid system

A system and method for energy optimization is disclosed. The system may collect information from an information collector data including energy usage and storage data of at least one renewable energy generation system and battery energy storage system (BESS). The system may identify historical events that result in curtailment of renewable energy production, determine whether there is a curtailment of renewable energy production based at least on one historical event supervise the charge and discharge cycles of the at least one BESS; and ensuring that the diesel generators minimum up/down time is satisfied based on controlling at least one parameter of the BESS.

The present invention includes a series of methods for determining content capabilities for data transmission over a transaction between a content provider and a subscriber in which a content capability clearing house is used to efficiently broker and manage the capability among multiple network providers.

The method receives a notification at the subscriber's mobile device when a pre-determined quota is exceeded during the subscriber session to control data usage. The system communicates with a usage policy server and a usage policy application. The usage policy application allows a subscriber to alter terms and service tiers of a subscription. The usage policy application displays current data usage information on a per-network and per-application basis using subscriber profile information, subscriber session information, and prior subscriber usage history received from the usage policy server.

A radio spectrum management system is provided. In an embodiment, the radio spectrum management system includes a radio spectrum gateway, a radio spectrum management server and a radio spectrum policy decision server. The radio spectrum gateway is coupled to a radio access network that receives bandwidth requests from subscriber devices and provides bandwidth allocation decisions to the radio access network. The radio spectrum management server receives bandwidth requests from the radio spectrum gateway and provides bandwidth allocation decisions to the radio spectrum gateway based on radio resources and bandwidth policy decisions. The radio spectrum policy management server provides bandwidth policy decisions to the radio spectrum server. The bandwidth policy decisions are generated based on consideration of subscriber and/or application service provider characteristics.
