A composite cloth includes a fabric sheet and at least one functional film. The fabric sheet defines multiple micropores extending therethrough. The functional film is bonded to a first surface of the fabric sheet, and includes a fabric sheet-binding portion which is bonded to and conforms with the first surface of the fabric sheet, and multiple protrusion-forming portions which are connected to the fabric sheet-binding portion and which define multiple vacuum-molded protrusions extending into corresponding ones of the micropores. Each of the vacuum-molded protrusions has an open end defining an opening which extends through the fabric sheet such that each of the vacuum-molded protrusions is in spatial communication with a corresponding one of the micropores.

Composite cloth

A flexible film article includes: a film body having opposite first and second surfaces, and at least one surrounding surface extending from the first surface to the second surface and defining a through hole extending through the film body; at least one central member spaced apart from the surrounding surface; and a plurality of spaced-apart extending members, each of which having two opposite ends connected to the surrounding surface and the central member, respectively. The spaced-apart extending members, the central member, and the surrounding surface cooperatively define spaced-apart micropores for passing of a gaseous substance therethrough.

Flexible film article

A breathable structural web includes a layered structure having at least a layer of a non-woven material. The layered structure includes a base layer portion that has opposite first and second sides, a plurality of hollow protrusions that are disposed at the first side and that protrude and that are tapered from the base layer portion in a first direction, and a plurality of indented portions that are disposed at the second side, that extend from the base layer portion in a second direction opposite to the first direction, and that respectively define a plurality of recesses which open in the first direction. The hollow protrusions are scattered among the indented portions.

Breathable structural web and breathable structural web-forming apparatus

A reclosable fastener strip includes first and second strip halves each having a strip body and two hook units. Each hook unit has at least one pair of elongated hooks formed on a major surface of the strip body and cooperatively defining a recess therebetween. Each elongated hook is configured and dimensioned to permit being fitted securely in the recess of a corresponding pair of the elongated hooks so as to provide a suitable watertight seal.

Reclosable fastener strip

A composite cloth includes a fabric sheet and a film unit. The fabric sheet has bottom and top surfaces and a plurality of micropores extending through the bottom and top surfaces. The film unit includes bottom and top cover films respectively disposed on the bottom and top surfaces of the fabric sheet. Each of the first and second cover films includes opposite film bottom and top surfaces, and a plurality of film sections connected to each other. Each of the film section includes a pair of longitudinal trough portions, a pair of transverse trough portions connected between the longitudinal trough portions, and a crest portion surrounded by and protruding from the longitudinal and transverse trough portions.

A breathable and waterproof composite cloth includes a fabric and a waterproof plastic film bonded to the fabric. The fabric has opposite first and second surfaces, and a plurality of micropores and raised portions. The waterproof plastic film has opposite inner and outer surfaces, and a plurality of spaced-apart first and second hollow protrusions. Each of the first hollow protrusions extends through a corresponding one of the micropores. A portion of the second hollow protrusions are respectively interposed between two adjacent ones of the raised portions. The first and second hollow protrusions respectively define first and second ventilating passages extending through the inner and outer surfaces.

Breathable and waterproof composite cloth

A breathable and waterproof composite fabric includes a fabric sheet and a waterproof plastic film. The fabric sheet has a first surface, a second surface and a plurality of micropores extending through the first and second surfaces. The waterproof plastic film is made of a non-porous material and has an outer surface, an inner surface bonded to the first surface, and a plurality of hollow protrusions protruding from the outer surface. Each of the hollow protrusions defines a channel having an inner open end at the inner surface and an outer open end distal from the inner and outer surfaces. A method of making the breathable and waterproof composite fabric is also provided.

Breathable and waterproof composite fabric and a method of making the same

A breathable and electrically conductive cloth includes a first plastic film having opposite inner and outer surfaces, an electrical circuit pattern layer formed on the inner surface, and a yarn-based fabric having opposite first and second surfaces and defining multiple micropores extending through the first and second surfaces. The first plastic film has multiple first hollow protrusions respectively extending into the micropores and forming ventilating passages extending through the outer surface and the second surface. The electrical circuit pattern layer has multiple second hollow protrusions correspondingly extending into the micropores.

Breathable and electrically conductive cloth

A breathable and waterproof composite fabric includes: a fabric sheet having opposite first and second surfaces and defining a plurality of micropores extending through the first and second surfaces; and a waterproof plastic film of a non-porous material that is bonded to the first surface of the fabric sheet, that conforms to the first surface of the fabric sheet, and that is perforated to form a plurality of hollow protrusions extending into the micropores, respectively. The plastic film has inner and outer surfaces. The inner surface is in contact with the first surface of the fabric sheet. Each of the hollow protrusions defines a channel that extends through the inner and outer surfaces for imparting breathability to the plastic film.

Breathable and waterproof composite fabric

A plant growing device includes an envelope made of a vacuum formed film and having substantially planar first and second walls interconnected by a surrounding wall. A plant growing medium is enclosed by the envelope. The first and second walls each has a plurality of micro-holes, and a network of interconnected ribs that are indented from an outer surface of the first or second wall to define a plurality of flow guide channels. The second wall further has openings to receive plants. The first wall further has drain holes. The envelope has high air permeability due to the micro-holes while still possessing a relative high strength due to the network of ribs.

Plant growing device

A patterned fabric with an image pattern includes: a fabric sheet having opposite first and second surfaces and a plurality of pores extending through the first and second surfaces, each of the pores being defined by a pore-defining wall; and a plastic film bonded to the first surface of the fabric sheet and having opposite first and second faces and an image pattern formed on the first face. The plastic film is perforated to form a plurality of through-holes extending through the first and second faces. Each of the through-holes is defined by a hole-defining wall. The hole-defining wall of each of the through-holes extends into a respective one of the pores and wraps around and is bonded to at least a portion of the pore-defining wall of the respective one of the pores.

Patterned fabric with an image pattern

A portable cup holder includes: a cup-holding unit including a first cup-embracing wall that is formed with two first wall holes and a second cup-embracing wall that is formed with two second wall holes aligned with the first wall holes; and a handle string unit including first and second string parts, each of which extends from outside of the cup-holding space through one of the first wall holes into the cup-holding space and then through one of the second wall holes to the outside of the cup-holding space and then extends therefrom through the other of the second wall holes into the cup-holding space and then through the other of the first wall holes to the outside of the cup-holding space. Each of the first and second string parts is shiftable along a transverse direction.

A method of making a double-sided embossed non-woven fabric includes: forming a stack of semi-molten fibers on a screen assembly, the screen assembly including a first layer structure that has a plurality of suction holes arranged into a first pattern, and a second layer structure that is disposed on the first layer structure and that has a plurality of elements arranged into a second pattern; and embossing the stack of the semi-molten fibers on the screen assembly by suctioning the stack of the semi-molten fibers using a suctioning device such that the stack of the semi-molten fibers is drawn into the holes to wrap the elements.
