A system comprising for providing a virtual exposition floor where a first video conference and a second video conference may be established. The first video conference may provide a virtual exposition floor and the second video conference may be associated with a virtual expo booth within the virtual exposition floor. A plurality of participants may access at least the virtual exposition floor. The system may provide, information to generate a graphical representation of the virtual exposition floor, a first graphical representation of the virtual expo booth, and a plurality of avatars associated with the plurality of participants to one or more client devices. The system may also provide data associated with the first video conference, data associated with the second video conference, or data associated with the plurality of avatars.

Example systems and methods for facilitating participant interactions during a virtual expo are provided. A video conference provider creates a virtual expo. The video conference provider receives, from a first client device associated with a first participant in the virtual expo, a request to interact with a second participant in the virtual expo. The video conference provider provides, to a second client device associated with the second participant, a notification of the request to interact. The video conference provider receives, from the second client device, an approval of the request. In response to receiving the approval, the video conference provider establishes a first virtual interaction session between the first participant and the second participant.

Systems and methods for providing a webinar watch-party are provided herein. In an example, a system comprising a non-transitory computer-readable medium, a communications interface, and a processor communicatively coupled to the non-transitory computer-readable medium and the communications interface may be provided. The processor may be configured to execute processor-executable instructions stored in the non-transitory computer-readable medium to: receive, from a first client device, webinar access information; identify the first client device based on the webinar access information; transmit, to the first client device, watch-party access information; transmit to the first client device: a first set of audio and video streams corresponding to a webinar main meeting; and a second set of audio and video streams corresponding to a webinar watch-party based on the watch-party access information; and receive, from the first client device, a first audio stream and a first video stream.

One example method includes receiving, by the video conference provider, a plurality of responses during a time period, the plurality of responses each provided by one of a plurality of participants in a video conference, the video conference associated with a host and hosted by a video conference provider, and each of the plurality of responses associated with a timestamp and one of a plurality of types of responses, wherein the one of the types of responses comprises an audible response, a visual response, or a user input response. The method also includes sampling, by the video conference provider, the plurality of responses to identify a plurality of response characteristics and generating, by the video conference provider, a consolidated response associated with each timestamp, the consolidated response based at least in part on the plurality of response characteristics. The method further includes assigning, by the video conference provider, an assigned score to the consolidated response associated with each timestamp, wherein assigning comprises utilizing one of the plurality of types of responses to prioritize certain of the plurality of responses, generating an indicator reflecting a comparison of the assigned score to a typical score associated with the host, and outputting the indicator to the host.

One example method for virtual expo booth previews includes joining a virtual expo hosted by a video conference provider, the virtual expo including a plurality of virtual expo booths; presenting a graphical representation of the virtual expo and one or more virtual expo booths of the plurality of virtual expo booths; receiving an input indicating a first expo booth of the plurality of virtual expo booths; receiving, from the video conference provider, one or more multimedia streams associated with the first virtual expo booth; and presenting the one or more multimedia streams.

Provided herein are methods and systems for a webinar backstage. A method may include receiving, from a first client device, webinar access information. The first client device may be identified based on the webinar access information. The method may also include transmitting, to the first client device, webinar backstage access information, and transmitting to the first client device: a first set of audio and video streams corresponding to a webinar mainstage and a second set of audio and video streams corresponding to a webinar backstage.

One example method includes receiving a plurality of responses during a time period, the plurality of responses each provided by one of a plurality of participants in a video conference hosted by a video conference provider, sampling the plurality of responses to identify a plurality of response characteristics, and then generating a consolidated response based at least in part on the plurality of response characteristics. The example method additionally includes causing the consolidated response to be output to at least one of the plurality of participants.

One example method includes receiving configuration information for a virtual expo, the configuration information includes information associated with one or more virtual expo booths; generating a virtual expo floor based on the one or more virtual expo booths; establishing a virtual meeting comprising the virtual expo; receiving requests to join the virtual expo from a plurality of client devices; joining each client device of the plurality of client devices to the virtual meeting; providing, to each joined client device, information describing the virtual expo floor and locations of each of the one or more virtual expo booths; providing a location of a respective participant avatar on the virtual expo floor; receiving, from a first client devices, a selection of a first virtual expo booth; and join the first client device to a second virtual meeting associated with the first expo booth.

One example method includes hosting, by a video conference provider, a virtual expo; receiving, from a first client device associated with a first participant in the virtual expo, a request to enter a meeting with a second participant in the virtual expo; providing, to a second client device associated with the second participant, a notification of the request to enter the meeting; receiving, from the second client device, an approval of the request; and in response to receiving the approval, joining the first client device to a second virtual meeting.
