A liquid crystal panel packaging case, including a frame body and a base plate, wherein an inside of the frame body is provided with a stepped part, and at least two opposite ends of the base plate are lapped on an upper surface of the stepped part. The packaging case the frame body and the base plate of the liquid crystal panel packaging case individually manufactured in combination. The base plate is used by being lapped on the step of the frame body. The frame body and the base plate in different packaging bases are interchangeable, so that only the damaged structure needs to be replaced when only a part is damaged, which decreases repair cost.

The present invention relates to a technology of displaying device, and more particularly to a heat-dissipating device of a backlight module, and which is arranged between a backframe and a waveguide of the backlight module for dissipating heat generated from a light source disposed adjacent to the waveguide, wherein the heat dissipating device includes a master heatsink, and an auxiliary heatsink; and wherein the master heatsink has a sidewall extending from an end thereof to in connection to the waveguide, and the auxiliary heatsink is arranged between the master heatsink and the waveguide. The present invention further provides a backlight module incorporated with such a heat-dissipating device. With the combination of the master heatsink and the auxiliary heatsink, a novel heat-dissipating device is created and which effectively upgrades the heat-dissipating performance under the high power density, prolonging the service life of the light source, and the increases the optical characteristic of the displaying device.

The present invention provides a splice type display back plate and a liquid crystal display device. The splice type display back plate includes at least two stents spliced together, each stent being disposed with enhancing ribs respectively, enhancing ribs including: at least two first enhancing parts disposed separately with interval at splicing locations of stents and second enhancing part connecting the at least two first enhancing parts; the first enhancing parts of two spliced stents overlapping and engaged chimerically. The display back plate of the present invention is formed by splicing two stents so as to reduce the weight of the back plate and material cost. Also, with enhancing ribs disposed on the two stents respectively, the enhancing ribs are located at splicing positions and connected in overlapping and chimerical manner to enhance the mechanical strength.

The present invention provides a backlight module, which includes a backplane, a backlight source arranged inside the backplane, a light guide plate arranged inside the backplane and corresponding to the backlight source, a plurality of positioning units arranged between the backplane and the light guide plate, a reflector plate arranged between the backplane and the light guide plate and mounted to the positioning units, and optic films arranged on the light guide plate. The positioning units each have an end fixed to the light guide plate, an opposite end fixed to the backplane, and an intermediate portion which is provided with a positioning section. The reflector plate is mounted to the positioning sections so that the light guide plate and the reflector plate form therebetween a gap. The gap helps preventing the light guide plate and the reflector plate from contacting and rubbing each other.

The present invention provides a backlight module, which includes: a backplane (), a light guide plate () arranged in the backplane (), a backlight source () mounted on the backplane (), and a heat dissipation film () mounted on the backplane (). The heat dissipation film () is made of graphene and has a thickness of 0.01-0.05 mm. The backlight module of the present invention provides includes a graphene-made heat dissipation film formed on a backplane to effectively improve the heat dissipation performance of the backlight module, allowing thermal energy to be uniformly distributed on the entire surface of the heat dissipation film in the plane direction to eliminate localized hot spots. Further, the graphene material is light-weighted so that addition of the heat dissipation film made of graphene does not significantly increase the weight of the backlight module.

The present invention provides a method and an apparatus for manufacturing a back frame for flat panel display devices. The method contains the steps of: delivering a material belt to a stamping device; conducting a first stamping at a region of a mold in the stamping device corresponding to a first work location of a stamping process; moving the material belt or mold move a next work location after completing the first stamping; conducting a second stamping at a region of the same mold corresponding to a second work location of the stamping process by the same stamping device; and obtaining the main pieces and braces for the back frame after sequentially completing the stampings by the same stamping device and the same mold. The present invention as described is capable of saving the costs for the stamping device, mold, and material.

The present invention provides a backlight module, assembly method and assembly fixture for backlight module. The backlight module comprises an optical component set and a back plate. Optical component set is disposed in a stacked manner, the back plate comprises at least two independent back plate elements for clamping respectively at least a side wall of the optical component set. Each back plate element comprises a top wall, a bottom wall and a side wall connecting the top wall and the bottom wall. Each back plate element is assembled onto an optical component set from a side and clamping the optical component set with the top wall and the bottom wall of the back plate element. The heat dissipation efficiency and the usage lifetime of the LED packaged structure can be improved accordingly.

The back plate element includes at least two splicing parts and the splicing parts are disposed on the same side of optical component of backlight module. The back plate element can be disassembled to reduce the transport volume. A plurality of splicing parts can be manufactured with the same manufacturing mold. The present invention discloses an assembly method for backlight module and assembly equipment thereof. The method includes: stacking reflector, light-guiding plate and optical film to form a component entirety and fixing the component entirety; fixing at least two main connection elements in head-to-tail manner to form a back plate on four sides around the component entirety so as to fix reflector, light-guiding plate and optical film to corresponding position on the back plate respectively. The method is suitable for realization with automatic equipment. Through automatic equipment to assemble backlight module, the assembly efficiency can be improved to reduce the labor required for backlight module assembly and reduce labor cost.

The present invention provides a liquid crystal display device, backlight module and back plate component thereof. The backlight module includes optical member, and the back plate element includes first splicing element and second splicing element. First splicing element is disposed with first accommodation trench to accommodate first side of optical member. One end of second splicing element is coupled with one end of first splicing element, and second splicing element is disposed with second accommodation trench to accommodate second side of optical member. The edge of the back plate is formed with a peripheral frame perpendicular to a plane of the back plate. The backboard structure is configured with a first bracket having the buckle, and a second bracket having defined with the retaining slot. Splicing element includes main part and stop wall. The stop wall includes bottom part, side wall and top part. Bottom part and outer edge of the main part is connected levelly. Top part is disposed in parallel with the bottom part with a spacing gap. Side wall is disposed between top part and bottom part. Surface of the main part facing the top part has a first bump. As such, through the above disposition, the present invention can reduce required space during storage and transport to improve transport and storage efficiency, and save the use of mold frame to simplify assembly and improve assembly efficiency to reduce cost.
