The invention relates to a pneumatic thread stretcher (T) for a rapier weaving machine or a knitting machine, in which the air current deflection surface () for deflecting the thread (Y, Y) forms a seamless extension () of the inner wall of the linear guide channel, through which the thread runs. The invention also relates to a device (H) for changing the flow rate or the pressure of the air current along the deflection surface () of the pneumatic thread stretcher (T) between at least two different levels, in accordance with the operating cycle o the textile machine.

Pneumatic thread stretcher and thread processing system

The invention relates to a yarn processing system, comprising a yarn feeder (F), a textile machine (M), at least one controlled yarn brake (B) and a tensiometer, which senses the yarn downstream of said yarn brake, for at least measuring the yarn tension (g). According to said invention, the tensiometer (T) is permanently arranged within the yarn path, can be adjusted between a passive position (I) and at least one deflection position (II, III) and can be readjusted from said detection position (II, III) to the passive position (I) after a number of weft cycles, which number suffices to represent at least the proper adjustment of a yarn tension target profile.

Yarn processing system

A thread supplying device provided with a housing containing an electric motor wherein the stator is non-rotatingly mounted and the rotor is rotatingly mounted on a motor shaft. A thread guiding element is fixed to the motor shaft and a threader device which is fixed to the housing is also provided. When the motor shaft is in a set rotational position, the thread guiding element is physically associated with said threader device. A permanent magnet motor with pole cores provided with windings is integrated into the stator and permanent magnets are integrated into the rotor in such a way that the stator, rotor and the thread guiding element are arranged relative to the housing, in such a way that the motor shaft adopts the set position of rotation when the permanent magnet motor is devoid of electric current in a stable relative position of rotation, caused by magnetic forces, of the rotor in the stator.

Thread supplying device

A device for controlling and monitoring a yarn processing system, which comprises an electronic main control unit and at least one yarn feeding unit, and inside of which a serial communications field bus system is provided with at least one field bus for carrying out communication. At least one bi-directional event line is provided outside the field bus system in order to transmit a time critical and/or time-specific, digital and anonymous event signal for carrying out and/or confirming events. For at least one communication participant connected to the field bus system, an event specific characteristic feature of respective event signal can be defined by the software side configuration inside the field bus system.

Device and method for controlling and/or monitoring a yarn processing system

The invention relates to a method for the control of a power-loom yarn feed device, whereby a drive motor for a rotating winding element is accelerated, decelerated or stopped, on demand, for yarn storage and, in order to avoid slack yarn during the stopping of the motor, the motor is independently driven slowly during a crawl phase, such that the motor is first stopped and then after stopping is slowly rotated in the crawl phase.

Method for controlling a yarn feeding device of a weaving machine

The invention relates to a yarn feeding device with a stationary storage drum and an adjustable yarn pitch. The yarn feeding device comprises a motor housing, a drive shaft of a winding element and a storage drum. Said storage drum consists of meshing finger-shaped cages. The finger-shaped advance cage has an advance bushing that is eccentric and skew with respect to the drive shaft. A backturn detent for the take-up element is mounted in said advance cage. The backturn detent is furthermore interposed between the finger-shaped advance cage and the drive shaft.

Yarn feeding device

A measuring feeding device for an air or water jet weaving machine having a stationary storage body for a yarn store consisting of yarn windings wound on tangentially in a predetermined winding direction, from which yarn store the yarn can be withdrawn overhead of the storage body. The device includes a stop element associated with the storage body which can be moved by means of a control unit between a stop position blocking withdrawal of the yarn and a release position allowing withdrawal of the yarn, and a yarn clamping device having a displacement drive and a brake shoe which is adjustable between a lifted position and a yarn clamping position. The braking shoe, in the yarn clamping position is positioned behind the stop element in the winding direction and is maintained in the yarn clamping position after a stroke of the stop element into the release position.
