A production line () for making a covered box () comprises: a forming machine (), configured to receive a cardboard box blank () and to fold it to form the box and including a plurality of folders () and a movement system configured to receive the box blank () oriented horizontally, and comprising a plurality of columns (), extending along the vertical direction (V) and configured to abut against the base () of the box blank () and to move it along a vertical direction (V); a gluing unit (), configured to receive a covering blank () and to spread glue on the covering blank (); a positioning device (), configured to position the box on the covering blank (); a covering machine (), configured receive the box coupled to the respective covering blank () from the positioning device () and to fold the covering blank () into contact with the box in such a way as to cover the box.

Production line for making a covered box

A method for making a paper blank from a corresponding paper sheet includes: loading a paper sheet along a longitudinal orientation, resting on a supporting surface that defines a worktop; moving a carriage in parallel with the worktop; making a primary cut on the paper sheet along a cutting orientation perpendicular to the worktop, using a primary blade which slides relative to a primary anvil; making a secondary cut, sliding a secondary blade and a secondary anvil relative to each other at a secondary cutting unit. The primary cutting unit and the secondary cutting unit are actuated by an actuating assembly.

Notching machine

A line and method for the production of covered cardboard boxes are disclosed. The line includes a conveyor unit including a belt and a conveyor actuator that drives the belt intermittently in an alternating sequence of movements and stops. A feed unit individually feeds covering blanks from a reservoir to the conveyor unit in a sequence of feed instants. An erecting machine folds box blanks into corresponding boxes. A positioner individually positions the boxes from the erecting machine, in alignment on corresponding covering blanks disposed on the belt of the conveyor unit. A gluer spreads glue on one face of the covering blanks. A covering machine folds the covering blanks into contact with their respective boxes to cover the boxes. A control unit connected to the feed unit adjustably sets a phase displacement of the feed instants relative to the sequence of stops of the belt.

Line for the production of covered cardboard boxes

A forming machine () for forming a box () from a blank () made of paper or cardboard, including a base () and side panels () connected to the base (), comprises: a working zone configured to receive the blank (); a plurality of folders () positioned in the working zone and configured to interact with the side panels () of the blank () to fold them and dispose them parallel to a vertical direction (V), with respective lateral borders juxtaposed to define vertical edges of the side wall of the box (); a plurality of heads (), including respective pressers () that are movable towards and away from each other, wherein each presser () is configured to press a respective vertical edge from the outside of the space inside the box ().
