Certain phosphorotriamides of the formula ##STR1## wherein R is hydrogen, phenyl, 4-nitrophenyl, 4-aminophenyl, 4-cyanophenyl or 3-trifluromethylphenyl are useful as inhibitors of the enzyme urease.
