A optical path structure and a cross line laser comprising the same are provided. The optical path structure comprises a laser emitter () for emitting laser light, and the following devices arranged sequentially along the direction of the optical path of the laser light: an aspherical mirror (), a first beamsplitter () and a second beamsplitter (), a wedge-shaped mirror (), and a cylindrical mirror (). The advantages of the present invention are that: 1) the angle of the incident surface () of the wedge-shaped mirror () is reasonably set such that the light ray reflected by the incident surface () of the wedge-shaped mirror () cannot emit onto the beamsplitters (), or even if it emits onto the beamsplitters (), there is no interference with the reflected light rays () by the beamsplitters (), avoiding the multiple-point phenomenon; 2) the structure of the wedge-shaped mirror () is reasonably set such that the breakpoints in the projected laser light line are eliminated.

A high-speed laser distance measuring device is described that includes an emitting part and a receiving part. The emitting part can include a polarizer () arranged between a light emitting tube () and a reflective mirror (); the receiving part can further include a polarizing beamsplitter () arranged between the optical filter () and the receiving tube set. The light emitting tube () can emit an outgoing light beam to the polarizer (), and the outgoing light beam can form an outgoing polarized light beam and is transmitted into the reflective mirror (). After being reflected by the reflective mirror () and passing through the transmitting objective lens (), the outgoing polarized light beam can be transmitted onto a target object. After being reflected by the target object, the outgoing polarized light beam can form a reflected polarized light beam, which passes through the receiving objective lens set () and is transmitted to the optical filter (). After being filtered, the reflected polarized light beam is transmitted into the polarizing beamsplitter (), and is split into a first reflected polarized light beam and a second reflected polarized light beam, which are transmitted into the first receiving tube (), and the second receiving tube () respectively. The high-speed laser distance measuring device can identify the light formed by the reflection of an oriented reflective target and a target object, and can adopt different receiving means for receiving them. Simultaneously, it can effectively filter the interference caused by particulate matter in the test environment to the test.

High-speed laser distance measuring device

A laser distance measuring device and a method of use thereof are described. The laser distance measuring device can include an emitting unit (), a reflecting mirror (), an emitting lens (), a receiving lens (), and a receiving unit (); the laser distance measuring device can further include: at least one spectroscope () provided between the receiving lens () and the receiving unit (), which is arranged successively on the same optical propagation path; at least one spectrum receiving unit () arranged in a one-to-one correspondence with the spectroscope (). The technical solution has a wider measurement range and is adaptable to measured targets in different distances; a multiplicity of feedbacks and adjustments is not necessary, and the acquirement of the measurement data can be achieved in a short time, therefore the operating time is saved.

A laser collimation- measuring system, including: a first laser source; a second laser source; a light combining device; a collimator; and a light divergence device. The first laser source and the second laser source emit a first laser and a second laser, respectively, to the light combining device. The first laser and the second laser are transmitted through the light combining device as a third laser and a fourth laser, respectively, and the third laser partially overlaps the fourth laser. The collimator is disposed in a light path of the third and fourth lasers and positioned between the light combining device and the laser divergence device. The laser collimation-measuring system enhances intensity of the laser collimation-measuring system.

A laser point projecting device including a light source assembly that projects first and second positioning points respectively along two directions of a straight line. The laser point projecting device includes a housing part forming a sleeve around a body part. The body part and the housing part are displaceable relative to each other. The light source assembly is switched off when the body part is displaced to a first position along the direction of projecting the first positioning point; and the light source assembly is activated when the body part is displaced to a second position along the direction of projecting the second positioning point. The housing part has at least one opening at the end along the direction of projecting the first positioning point, and a hollow space formed between the end of the housing part close to the first positioning point and the body part.

An adjusting mechanism is disclosed. The adjusting mechanism has a differential, first and second stepping motors engaging with the differential, a screw rod connected to the output shaft of the differential such that the screw rod rotates along with the rotation of the output shaft, and a moving block threadably connected to the screw rod to permit motion of the moving block along the longitudinal axis of the screw rod. The output shaft of the adjusting mechanism rotates according to the rotation of the first and second stepping motors, so as to drive the movement of the moving block along the screw rod.

A window for a laser line projector has a front window, a left window, and a right window positioned on the same plane. A projection of the front window, left window and right window has a shape of an isosceles trapezoid. The projection of the front window is an upper base of the isosceles trapezoid. A cross line laser () comprises a shell and a hanging system (). The hanging system has two laser modules () arranged oppositely on a same plane. Each laser module comprises a laser device (), a collimation device (), and a cylindrical lens (). The cylindrical lens has a high refraction index. Lasers emitted by the laser device passes through the collimation device and are incident on the cylindrical lens, and are split by the cylindrical lens to form laser rays with a diffusion angle approximately larger than 180 degrees. Horizontal laser rays generated by the two laser modules intersect with each other, so as to form laser rays with a diffusion angle of 360 degrees.
