A coupling part for an electrical line has an insulator having a receiving side and an oppositely lying plug-in side and throughholes, in which are arranged insulated electrical contact elements relative to each other, to which, in the mounted position, the electrical conductors of the line are connected on the receiving side of the insulator. A surrounding prefabricated housing is mounted over the connecting point of the conductors and contact elements, so that on the one side it stretches up to and over the insulator and on the other side up to and over the line.

Coupling part for an electrical conductor

Method for producing an electrically conductive connection between a component (), which is positioned in a housing, is equipped with electrical contacts and is accessible from the outside through an opening located in a wall of the housing, and a feed source, using a plug-type element (), which is equipped with electrical mating contacts () and is fitted to the end of an electrical line, which is connected to the feed source and has at least two insulated conductors (). The plug-type element ()together with conductors () connected thereto is first fixed on one end of a holder () made from plastic, whose outer dimensions are smaller than the clear width of the opening () of the housing (). Then the plug-type element () is passed through the opening () of the housing () by means of the holder () and is plugged onto the contacts () of the component (). Finally the holder () is detached from the plug-type element () once the end position of the plug-type element () has been reached, whilst remaining in the housing () or in its opening (). The holder () may also support a closure () to close the opening ().

Electrical plug type connector

An arrangement is proposed for electrically conductively connecting an electrical component which is mounted in a housing containing oil, to an electrical unit, and mounted in which between the component and the unit at least two cores are arranged which consist of an electrical conductor and an insulation surrounding the conductor. The housing includes an opening which in the position of use is closed in an oil-tight moisture-tight manner which has at least one passage hole () for passing the cores () therethrough. For the cores () is provided a core for each in which material impermeable to oil is mounted between the conductor and its insulation, in such a way that all hollow spaces existing within the space surrounded by the insulation. The cores () are guided through at least one sealing plug which tightly surrounds the cores, and the sealing plug is in the position of use mounted in a passage hole () of the passage () in an oil-tight and moisture-tight manner.

Arrangement for connecting an electrical component to an electrical unit

An electrical line () for motor vehicles is provided having at least two insulated electrical conductors () which are combined to form one unit. The line is connected to a sensor ()at one end. The conductors () are surrounded by a prefabricated plastic tube (). Parts (), integrally belonging to the tube (), are positioned on the outside along the course of the tube () as fastening devices for securing the line () at predefined fixed points of a motor vehicle. At those fixed points, fastening parts are present that are configured to connect with and that complement the parts () of the tube ().

Electrical line for motor vehicles

A coupling part for electrical lines, where, in an injection-molded protective or plug body, in whose first end a cable is guided, a sealing element is contained which rests circumferentially tight against the cable. The sealing element is surrounded by a capsule part and is biased by the capsule part at least proportionately against the cable, wherein the capsule part is surrounded at least proportionately by the injection-molding protective or plug body.

Coupling part for electrical lines

A device for transmitting signals or current between end points which can be moved relative to one another is specified between which at least two flat ribbon lines (-) extending in turns and accommodated in an essentially circular cassette are arranged which have at least one electrical conductor, t the end points, continuing lines can be connected to the flat ribbon lines (-)&#x2014;The cassette consists of a rotor () which is rotatable about its axis, and a stationary stator (), which enclose between them an annular winding space () for accommodating the flat ribbon lines (-) One of the flat ribbon lines being arranged between one end point each of the rotor () each and one end point of the stator (), in such a manner that it rests against he rotor () with at least one first turn and, after passing through a U-shaped reversing point, against the stator () with at least one second turn, the direction of winding of which is opposite to that of the first turn. All flat ribbon lines (-) used in the device are combined together with a common annular conductor support to form a one-piece unit constructed in the form of a printed circuit, which is arranged in the winding space () of the cassette in the assembled position, and the conductors of the individual flat ribbon lines (-) are continued without interruption in the conductor support.

Device for transmitting signals or current between end points

A coupling element is proposed for a single wire or multi-wire electrical cable. The coupling element has a contact support to which a protective body surrounding the cable connection is molded in such a way that a region of the surface of the contact support remains exposed. The exposed region (,) has openings (,) extending through the contact support and contacts that are conductively connected with a wire of the cable (,) and arranged in the openings. A closed cover (,) is provided in close contact with the contact support (,) and extends over the openings (,). The cover (,) is provided with a passage (,) having the edges surrounding and fitting tightly against the cable (,). The protective body (,) surrounds the cover (,) and the passage (,) and is in moisture-tight sealing engagement with the contact support (,) and the cable (,). A method for producing the coupling element provides for molding the protective body (,) so it surrounds the cover (,).
