A process system and produces metal sheets, including electric sheets, and uses at least one sheet machining unit, particularly a notching device. One or more linear transfer devices or more one sheet stacking devices, one or more sheet feeding unit and one or more sheet removal devices are being configured for stacking at least one sheet metal blank, centering and/or orienting at least one sheet metal blank, (c) at least one of notching at least one sheet metal blanks, separate and/or remove one or more interior sheet metal parts, and deposit the one or more notched sheet metal blanks and/or depositing the one or more interior sheet metal parts.

Process and system for producing metal sheets

A groove stamping machine stamps the required grooves successively into a disk-shaped blank particularly for manufacturing stator and rotor plates for electric machines. The groove stamping machine has a stationary bench which, on the end side, carries a spacing apparatus for receiving the blank. A stamping device disposed on the bench is adjustable with respect to the spacing apparatus. The distance between the spacing apparatus and the stamping device can be adjusted by a ball thread spindle which acts between the spacing apparatus and the stamping device. The fixing of an adjusted distance takes place by the blocking of the ball thread spindle, preferably by way of a disk brake. The stamping device is disposed via a combined roller slide bearing on the bench which permits a low-friction displacement of the stamping device which also supporting the latter in a stiff manner. The combination of the low-friction bearing device and the ball thread spindle, which is preferably arranged close to the blank, permits a precise adjustment and constant maintenance of the desired machining radius. The precision and the compensation of temperature fluctuations also results from the ball thread spindle being preferably arranged in an exposed manner, that is, in a thermal contact with the environment.

Groove stamping machine adaptable to various stator and rotor plate sizes

A punch which includes a notching tool and a separating which are adapted to punch at least one notch and a separating gap in each effective working stroke of the punch. A separating tool is formed by at least two independently disposed separating punches which are spaced from each other by a distance which is equal to or greater than a width of a web formed between two punched notches. Likewise, the notching tool may be in the form of two independent spaced notching punches.

Automatic sliding apparatus is provided for automatically stamping stator and rotor laminations for electric motors from workpiece blanks. To accommodate utilization of a plurality of sets of tool dies on a single driveable press ram, a tool changing device is provided which includes a tool holder guide track for movably guiding the tool holder along a straight guide path in a plane at a tangent to the workpieces to be machined. With the plurality of tool die sets mounted at the linearly guided tool holder, tool exchanges can be effected simply and automatically, utilizing a linear drive mechanism for moving the respective tool die sets along the frame of the tool holder.

Automatic slotting apparatus with tool changing device

An arrangement for an intermittent operation in a notching machine which includes a ram driven by way of a crank or eccentric drive which ram is articulated to a toggle joint. The notching machine has an operating cycle which consists of alternatingly successive notching and notch-free steps which is attainable by means of a cylinder-piston unit activatable pneumatically or hydraulically which unit is in operative connection with an eccentric supported on a pin with the eccentric being the central fulcrum of the toggle joint. A second toggle joint with a counterbalancing mass is diametrically opposed to the ram with the second toggle joint being articulated to the eccentric. The central pivot as well as the points of articulation of the toggle joints to the ram and counterbalancing mass are disposed substantially in one plane.

Intermittent operation arrangement in a notching machine

An arrangement for notching or slotting circular blanks so as to produce stacks of rotor and/or stator laminations for electric machines. At least one slotting machine is provided which in a first direction is adjustable radially with respect to a spatially fixed axis of rotation of a blank support table by way of a separate adjusting drive. The support table for the blanks, constructed as an indexing apparatus, may be driven by a numerically controlled adjusting drive. The at least one slotting machine is movable in a second direction at right angles to the first direction by way of a further adjusting drive. The stacks of lamination produced by the punching arrangement may include spiral slots or notches as well as oblique slots or notches enabling the production of special motors having a cone or tapered armature.
