A drive system for driving a crusher of a material crusher plant having a main drive and a power transfer unit driven by the main drive, wherein the power transfer unit drives at least one generator and a first hydraulic pump which is connected to the power transfer unit in a shiftable manner. It is provided that a shiftable fluid coupling is installed in the transmission path from the power transfer unit to the crusher, that the shiftable fluid coupling and a pump are interconnected in a fluid conveying manner in a pump circuit and that a fluid can be supplied to the shiftable fluid coupling by means of the pump. A method of operating such a crusher is also provided.

The invention relates to a processing system, more particularly a stone crusher, with a filling unit (), which can be filled with material to be crushed, wherein behind the filling unit () in the conveying direction or in the filling unit (), a screening unit () is arranged, wherein the screening unit () can be vibrated by means of a vibration generator (), wherein above the screening unit () a part of the supplied material is fed to a connected process unit, more particularly a crushing unit (), and another part is separated out in the screening unit (), and wherein the separated-out part of the material is fed by means of an adjustable flap of a conveying unit () in a bypass position optionally bypassing the connected process unit, more particularly the crushing unit (), to a conveying device, more particularly a crusher discharge conveyor (), or in a conveying position is conveyed out of the machine working area by means of a conveying device (). To reliably and simply prevent the adjustable flap from becoming blocked by screen material, the invention proposes that the flap is attached to the screening unit () in such a way that the vibration generator () excites it together with the screening unit ().

Processing system

The invention relates to a processing plant, in particular a rock crusher (), having a filler unit (,), which can be filled with a material to be crushed, wherein a screening unit () is arranged downstream of the filler unit () in the conveying direction or in the filler unit (), which screening unit can be oscillated by means of a vibration exciter (), wherein the screening unit () is used to feed a first part of the supplied material to a process unit, in particular a crusher unit () and another part of the supplied material is screened-out in the screening unit (), wherein a flap () of a conveyor unit () adjustable about a swivel axis () is used in a bypass position to feed the screened-out part of the material either onto a conveyor device, in particular a crusher discharge conveyor (), bypassing the process unit, in particular the crusher unit (), or, in a conveying position, to discharge the screened-out part of the material from a working area of the processing plant by means of a conveyor device (), wherein bearing segments () of a bearing () are coupled to opposite sides of the flap (), which are rotatably installed on the conveyor unit (). It is suggested that at least one detachable clamping segment () is assigned to at least one of the bearing segments (), which acts in a clamping manner on the assigned bearing segment () and secures the latter in a swivel position of the flap () relative to the conveyor unit (), such that in the swivel position the flap () is secured against rotation relative to the conveyor unit ().

Processing plant

The invention relates to a rock processing plant () having a machine frame (), which supports a screening unit (), wherein the screening unit () has at least two screen decks (), which are arranged offset from each other in the vertical direction (H) of the rock processing plant (), wherein the screen decks () each have a discharge area (AA), wherein a transport device () is connected to the screening unit () in the conveying direction, wherein the transport device () has a feed area () and a discharge area (), wherein a transport means, in particular an endless circulating conveyor belt (), extends in a transport direction (D) at least partially between the feed area () and the discharge area (), wherein the transport device () is attached to the machine frame () by means of a mechanical actuator (), wherein the mechanical actuator () can be used to move the feed area () of the transport device () between two control positions, in which the feed area () is optionally assigned to one of the discharge areas (AA) of the two screen decks () or both discharge areas (AA), and wherein the mechanical actuator () can be used to move the feed area () of the transport device () between the two control positions in the vertical direction and in the transport direction (D) of the transport device (). Such a rock processing plant has a simple and space-saving design, which permits a conversion to the different operating positions with little effort.

Rock processing plant

A belt tensioning device for a crusher or a screening machine for tensioning at least one circulating drive belt which is deflected about a belt pulley of a drive and has a load strand and an empty strand. The drive can be driven with a crushing assembly, a screening unit, a generator, or the like of the crusher by the drive belt. The vibrational stress acting on the machine chassis can be significantly reduced in that the belt tensioning device has two tensioning rollers each of which is rotatably mounted on a holder of a tensioning part. One tensioning roller is paired with the empty strand and the other is paired with the load strand. Additionally, the two tensioning parts can be adjusted relative to each other between an open position and a tensioning position, in which the tensioning parts are held against each other at least opposite the tensioning direction. In particular the tensioning parts can be blocked against each other, and the complete closed system can be freely moved linearly using adjustment guides according to the load situation.
