A pressure welding method and a pressure welding device () includes a plasticizing unit (), a compression unit (), a machine head () that includes a spindle () and a component holder (). The pressure welding device () further includes a spindle drive () and an actuation mechanism () that includes an actuation drive () for the component holder (). The actuation drive () is placed between the spindle drive () and the spindle () within a drive train ().

Pressure welding device and pressure welding method

A pressure welding device () includes a plastification device (), an upsetting device () and a mounting () for the components () to be welded together and a machine frame (). The pressure welding device further includes a machine head () and an upsetting head () which can be moved relative one another along a machine axis (). The mounting () includes a component seat (), which is mounted on the machine frame () so as to be able to float between the machine head () and the upsetting head (), and a preferably automatic adjusting device () for adaptation to different component dimensions, in particular component lengths.

A pressure welding method and a pressure welding device () are provided. The pressure welding device () includes a plastification device (), an upsetting device () and component mountings () for the components () to be welded together and a machine frame (). The pressure welding device () further includes a plurality of machine heads (), each having a component mount (), which machine heads are movably arranged on the machine frame and are connected to respective upsetting drives (). An upsetting head or support head (), which is preferably secured on the frame, is arranged between the machine heads ().

The pressure welding device () includes a machine head () which is arranged so as to move on the machine frame (). The machine head () and the spindle drive () are separated from each other on the machine frame (). A controllable mass decoupling () including an axially tolerant coupling (), is arranged in the drive train () between the fixed or moveable spindle drive () arranged on the machine frame ().

A pressure welding method and a pressure welding device are provided. The pressure welding device includes a plastification device (), an upsetting device () and component mountings (), for the components () to be welded together, and a machine frame (). The pressure welding device () further includes a machine head () with a component mounting () and an associated additional component mounting () and the machine head () is moveably arranged on the machine frame (). The pressure welding device includes a machining device (), for the welding part ('), which is associated with the machine head () or the additional component mountings (). An adjusting device () generates a relative movement between the machine head () and the associated additional component mounting () for machining the welding part (&#x2032;).

A pressure welding device () and a pressure welding method are provided. The pressure welding device () includes a plastification unit (), a positioning and compressing unit (), a controller (), and an advance unit () for a workpiece () and for the process axis (). The advance unit () has an open- or closed-loop controllable hydraulic advance drive () that is formed as an open- or closed-loop controllable electro-hydraulic direct drive for the process axis ().

A pressure welding method is provided and a pressure welding machine () is provided with a frame (), two welding heads (), mobile along a feed axis (), and two adjusting units (). The adjusting units () include feed drives () for the welding heads (). The two adjusting units () are mounted so as to be axially movable () on the frame () and are interlinked with an adjusting drive () by means of a common adjusting element () and supported in a closed system of forces while receiving the pressure welding forces, thereby relieving the frame (). The common adjusting element () is configured as a continuous spindle () having two self-locking threads () that run in opposite directions.

Pressure welding machine and pressure welding method

A friction welding machine () has two headstocks (), two spindles () with a spindle drive () and a workpiece holder (). The first headstock () is arranged stationarily at the frame (). The second headstock () is mounted axially movably at the frame () and is connected to a feed drive (). The spindles () have different sizes, the second spindle () and its spindle drive () being designed to be smaller and weaker.
