Electrical connector

A connection adapter is configured and shaped to be connected between the connection side of a sensor or of an actuator and the input side of a plug connector in order to adapt different plug faces of the sensor or actuator and of the plug connector to each other. The connection adapter has a plug base facing toward the plug connector and with contact chambers and comprises a fastening area facing toward the sensor or actuator.

Connection adapter for sensors or actuators

A plug or socket connectable to a cable having at least one conductor and a shielding is formed of several subassemblies and has a tubular and at least partially metallic casing and an electrically insulating holder fitted in the casing. A contact in the holder has a press-fit connection secured to the conductor. A contacting element separate from the casing forms in the casing an electrical connection between the casing and the shielding.

Cable plug

A contact () for a plug or socket of a quick-connect plug connection, the contact () being held mounted in a contact holder () having a region for press-fit gripping a conductor, a wire holder () having at least one wire seat () for the end of a wire and the contact () engages the wire in the wire seat (), where according to the invention the contact () has at least two press-fit arms () of curved and/or polygonal section that contact the wire generally axially.

Contact element and additional conduction chamber for a plug or socket

The present invention relates to an electrical device with a modular construction, comprising at least one equipment module (), preferably several equipment modules (), the module(s) being fixed onto a mounting rail (). To mount or dismount a module () from a mounting rail () in a simple manner, the module () is fixed onto an adapter () for mounting on the mounting rail (). The adapter () for one embodiment fulfills its fixing function by use of a bistable snap-on process and is configured in such a way that no tool is required for the manual mounting or dismounting process. This adapter () includes an actuator button () used to move catch hooks () against spring forces to enable mounting and dismounting of the equipment module () to the adapter () and also to move catch hooks () or () to enable mounting and dismounting of adapter () to the mounting rail ().

Mounting rail adapter

A cable connector having a cable receiving part for holding at least one cable end and a contact part configured to secure the cable end in the cable receiving part such that it is mechanically pretensioned after connection. A clamping device may be associated with the receiving part, which may also include a tapered line chamber. The contact part may include an insulation piercing connecting device for securing the cable end, wherein the axial center line of the device may be parallel or not parallel with the axial center line of the line chamber.

Cable connector

A connecting device ( ) for electrically connecting to at least two electrical conductors ( ) in a housing ( ) having a tubular connecting plug ( ), with a contact holder ( ) in the tubular connecting plug ( ), the contact holder ( ) having contact elements ( ) passed through recesses ( ) in conductor holders ( ) to make contact with the conductors. The connecting device ( ) can be expanded into an array of connecting networks with, for example, plug-in connectors, cable bolted assemblies and connecting elements.
