An engine mount control apparatus that is an active noise vibration control apparatus according to the present disclosure is characterized by being provided with a housing that has an outer core, an inner core that is disposed inside the outer core, and an electromagnetic coil that is positioned between the outer core and the inner core and by a portion between the outer core and the inner core being filled with a magneto-rheological elastomer containing magnetic particles. The present disclosure enables the maintenance of good static load support performance.

Active noise vibration control apparatus and method for manufacturing same

An active damper is disclosed which includes: an elastic support body; a first wall section provided at the elastic support body and defines a first liquid chamber; a second wall section provided on an opposite side and defines a second liquid chamber; a partition wall section which separates the first liquid chamber from the second liquid chamber; an orifice in the partition wall section for communication between the first and second liquid chambers; and a damping unit to attenuate the vibrations transmitted from a vibrating source to the vibration-receiving part. The damping unit includes: a coil to generate a magnetic field according to a current supplied; magnetic members forming a closed magnetic circuit for the magnetic field; and a magneto-viscoelastic elastomer having a viscoelasticity changes depending on the magnetic field. At least one of the first and second wall sections, and the partition wall section has the damping unit.

Active damper

An active vibration control device includes: a housing; a movable part including at least one movable mass member; an exciting coil that generates a magnetic field with an intensity corresponding to a current supplied to the exciting coil; a magnetic viscoelastic elastomeric member whose viscoelastic property changes in accordance with a magnitude of the magnetic field generated by the exciting coil; and a support member made of a non-magnetic material. The housing and the movable part are elastically connected with each other by both the magnetic viscoelastic elastomeric member and the support member.

Active vibration control device

An active vibration controller includes: a housing; a first magnetic member on the housing, the first magnetic member including a first tip portion extending from a first base end of the first magnetic member and including a first connecting surface extending from the base end on the first tip portion; a movable member including a second magnetic member including a second tip portion extending from a second base end of the second magnetic member and a second connecting surface extending from the second base end on the second tip portion; an exciting coil; a magnetic viscoelastic elastomer having a magnetic viscoelastic property varying according to a magnetic field magnitude between the first and second tip portions, and connects the first connecting surface to the second connecting surface. The first and second tip portions are thinner than the first and second base ends, respectively.

Active vibration controller

An active vibration and noise control device robust against outside disturbances, and an active vibration and noise control circuit are provided. An adaptive control circuit of this active vibration and noise control device has a cross-correlation value calculation unit which calculates the cross-correlation value of error signals, and a canceling output limiting unit which determines whether or not the cross-correlation value is less than a cross-correlation threshold value, and limits increases in the cancelling output if it is determined that the cross-correlation value is less than the cross-correlation threshold value.

Active vibration and noise control device and active vibration and noise control circuit

A craft damper (torsion damper) includes a crankshaft (shaft member) to be input with a torsion vibration, a disc member coaxially attached to the crankshaft, a ring-shaped inertia mass body connected to an outer peripheral side of the disc member via a magneto-rheological elastomer member so as to be coaxial with the crankshaft, and an electromagnetic coil for applying a magnetic field to the magneto-rheological elastomer member.

Torsion damper

An active vibration and noise control device robust against outside disturbances, and an active vibration and noise control circuit are provided. An adaptive control circuit of this active vibration and noise control device has autocorrelation value calculation units which calculate an autocorrelation value of an error signal or of a target signal, which is a reference signal or a standard signal, and a canceling output limiting unit which determines whether or not an autocorrelation value is less than an autocorrelation threshold value, and limits increases in the cancelling output if it is determined that the autocorrelation value is less than the autocorrelation threshold value.

An active vibration controller includes: a housing; a first magnetic member installed on the side of the housing having a toric shape; a movable member including a second magnetic member that is substantially coaxial with the first magnetic member and disposed inside the toric shape of the first magnetic member; an exciting coil that generates a magnetic field in accordance with an intensity of a current supplied thereto; and a magnetic viscoelastic elastomer that has a magnetic viscoelastic property varying in accordance with a magnitude of the magnetic field from the exciting coil between the first and second tip portions, and connects the first magnetic core to the second magnetic core. The magnetic viscoelastic elastomer has a region having a non-magnetic property between the first and the second magnetic cores.

An ASC apparatus, which actively generates a sound effect inside a cabin of a vehicle provided with an internal combustion engine and an electric motor as driving sources, includes: a reference signal generating unit which generates a harmonic reference signal based on a vehicle-speed-corresponding frequency, being a frequency based on a vehicle speed, by referring to waveform data; a driver seat speaker which outputs a sound including the sound effect; and a signal processing unit which generates a control signal that forms the sound effect by multiplying the reference signal by a sound effect gain related to the reference signal, and outputs the control signal to the driver seat speaker. The signal processing unit sets the sound effect gain based on a state of charge of a storage battery.
