To provide a CLT structure in which an anchor member does not interfere with a reinforcement member. A CLT structure includes a strip footing having a reinforcing bar extending in a longitudinal direction, a wall panel which is a panel material obtained by laminating and bonding sawn boards and in which a slit extending along the longitudinal direction is formed in a lower end surface, joint plates each partly embedded in the strip footing and having a joint board section of a flat plate shape at least partly projecting upward from an upper surface of the strip footing, and drift pins connecting the joint board sections and the wall panel in an inserted state where the joint board sections projecting from the upper surface of the strip footing are inserted into the slit of the wall panel. The joint plate has the joint board section, a flange section embedded in the strip footing and extending in a direction crossing the perpendicular direction from the joint board section, and an anchor bolt embedded in the strip footing and extending downward from the flange section.

CLT structure

A signal transmission apparatus includes: a first lead frame; a second lead frame spaced from the first lead frame; a primary semiconductor chip electrically connected to the first lead frame; a secondary semiconductor chip electrically connected to the second lead frame; and a signal isolator through which a signal is isolatedly transmitted from the primary semiconductor chip to the secondary semiconductor chip, the signal isolator having a first main surface that is bonded to both the first lead frame and the second lead frame.

A drive device that drives a semiconductor switching device includes a capacitor and an output selection unit that selects whether or not to supply charge of the capacitor to a conduction control terminal of the semiconductor switching device, in which the output selection unit includes a first switching device and a second switching device, the charge of the capacitor is supplied to the conduction control terminal of the semiconductor switching device by the first switching device going to a conducting state, the charge is extracted from the conduction control terminal of the semiconductor switching device by the second switching device going to the conducting state, and a gate width of the second switching device is smaller than the gate width of the first switching device.

A drive device that drives a semiconductor switching device includes a capacitor, an output selection unit that selects whether or not to supply a charge of the capacitor to a conduction control terminal of the semiconductor switching device, and a charge consumption unit that supplies the charge of the capacitor to a portion other than the conduction control terminal, thereby consuming the charge of the capacitor.

Drive device

In the upper surface of a metallic substrate, a region near the central part of the metallic substrate is surrounded by a rectangle having dotted sides electrically separate the interior and exterior of the rectangle. Each dot of the sides is formed of a pillared insulating resin that penetrates from the upper surface to the lower surface of the metallic substrate. Oxide films are so formed as to fill in the spaces between adjacent cylinders of insulating resins and the surrounding of the cylinders. That is, a separation layer is formed of the pillared insulating resins and the oxide films that fill up the spaces between the pillared insulating resins as well as their vicinities.

An electromagnetic resonance coupler according to one aspect of the present disclosure includes a first layer, a second layer which faces a first principal surface of the first layer, a third layer which faces a second principal surface of the first layer, a first resonator which is located between the first layer and the second layer, and a second resonator which is located between the first layer and the third layer. A dielectric constant of the first layer is lower than either one of a dielectric constant of the second layer and a dielectric constant of the third layer. A dielectric dissipation factor of the first layer is higher than either one of a dielectric dissipation factor of the second layer and a dielectric dissipation factor of the third layer.

Electromagnetic resonance coupler and transmission apparatus

An image capturing device having a function of clamping an image signal. When the image capturing device is activated, a synchronous signal generating section begins creation of a horizontal synchronous signal, and a counter begins counting a pulse of the horizontal synchronous signal. When the counted value reaches a predetermined value, the clamping capability control section changes the level of a clamp mode signal to an H level. During a period from the start of power supply to the image capturing device to the raising of the level of a clamp mode signal to an H level, a clamp pulse generating section sets a longer width for a clamp pulse than in a normal operation so that a switch element of a clamping circuit remains in an on state in a longer period, whereby a smaller time constant for clamping is set. After elapse of a predetermined period, the switch element is controlled so as to remain in an ON state in a normal period, which is relatively short, whereby a larger time constant for clamping is set. With this arrangement, noise which would be caused with a small clamping time constant is suppressed.
