A vehicle includes a body. The vehicle includes a front bumper reinforcement that is attached to a front end of the body, and extends along a vehicle width direction. The vehicle includes a lower bumper reinforcement that is attached to the front end of the body, is located under the front bumper reinforcement, and extends along the vehicle width direction. The vehicle includes at least one specific member that is fixed to a partial section of the lower bumper reinforcement along an extending direction of the lower bumper reinforcement. Each of the at least one specific member includes a first portion that covers a front face of the lower bumper reinforcement, and a second portion that protrudes more upward than an upper face of the lower bumper reinforcement.

Lower bumper reinforcement and vehicle

An electrified vehicle includes a floor panel, a battery case, a frame that that supports a suspension, and a brace. The brace is fixed to the frame by a first fixing portion situated on a right side of the vehicle with respect to a middle line. The brace is fixed to the frame by a second fixing portion situated on a left side of the vehicle with respect to the middle line. The brace is fixed to the battery case by a third fixing portion situated on the right side of the vehicle with respect to the middle line. The brace is fixed to the battery case by a fourth fixing portion situated on the left side of the vehicle with respect to the middle line. The brace includes a first plate and a second plate which is fixed to the first plate and covers a recessed portion.

Electrified vehicle

A vehicle includes a vehicle body, a radiator located on a forward side in the vehicle body, a side support that supports a side portion of the radiator in a vehicle-body width direction and that extends along a vehicle-body up-down direction, a side member that is linked to the side support and that extends along a vehicle-body front-rear direction, at least one electrical component disposed rearward of the radiator in the vehicle-body front-rear direction, and a reinforcing member that is joined to and extends between the side support and the side member in a space defined by a rearward side of the side support in the vehicle-body front-rear direction and an upward side of the side member in the vehicle-body up-down direction.

Vehicle

An automobile suspension includes a side rail extending in a front-rear direction of a vehicle body, a lower arm, and a bracket linking the lower arm to the side rail. A front end of the side rail and a rear end of the side rail are linked to a frame of the vehicle body, and the side rail curves such that a middle of the side rail is lower than at least one of the front end and the rear end. The bracket includes a pair of side plates that supports a shaft of the lower arm and is joined to a side face of the side rail, and an upper plate that links the side plates and is joined to an upper face of the side rail.

Automobile suspension

An electric powered vehicle including a traction motor is disclosed. The vehicle may further include a body including a cabin and a front body; a subframe mounted at a lower portion of the front body and supporting a suspension along with the front body; and a battery unit mounted a t a lower portion of the cabin and configured to supply electric power to the traction motor. The subframe may include a side rail extending in front-rear directions of the electric powered vehicle and is secured to a rail mount portion of the body at a rear end of the side rail. The battery unit may include a bracket projecting in a front direction of the front-rear directions and is secured to the rail mount portion of the body at the bracket.

Electric powered vehicle

An electric vehicle may include: a body comprising a compartment on a front side of a cabin; a component frame located in the compartment, and connected to the body; and a circuit case located on the component frame, comprising therein a control circuit configured to control a traction motor, and constituted of metal. The component frame may comprise: a plurality of crossmembers extending along a vehicle left-right direction; and a connection member connecting the plurality of crossmembers to each other. The plurality of crossmembers may comprise a rear crossmember which is a rearmost crossmember of the plurality of crossmembers. The circuit case may be on the front side of a rear end of the rear crossmember in a top view.

Electric vehicle

A front end structure of a vehicle body may include: a pair of left and right front side members each extending in a vehicle front-rear direction; a pair of left and right apron upper members each extending in the vehicle front-rear direction and being located outward of the pair of left and right front side members in the vehicle left-right direction; a pair of left and right connection members, the left connection member extending between an intermediate portion of the left front side member and the left apron upper member and the right connection member extending between an intermediate portion of the right front side member and the right apron upper member; and a component mount frame comprising a first mount crossmember extending between the pair of left and right connection members in the vehicle left-right direction.

Front end structure of vehicle body

A vehicle may include: a body; a suspension member mounted at a front lower portion of the body, the suspension member comprising a front crossmember extending in a width direction of the vehicle; a first bracket projecting from the front crossmember toward a front portion of the vehicle, the first bracket comprising a first hole; a radiator comprising a first positioning member at a lower portion of the radiator, the first positioning member corresponding to the first hole and penetrating the first hole; and a second bracket secured to a lower surface of the first bracket, the second bracket comprising a second hole with which the first positioning member is engaged. A diameter of the first hole may be greater than a diameter of the first positioning member, and A secured position of the second bracket in a horizontal direction relative to the first bracket may be adjustable.

A vehicle body may include a dash crossmember, a rocker extending rearwards from an end of the dash crossmember, a front pillar extends upwards from the rocker along the side portion of the cabin and a reinforcement plate including a first end joined to the dash crossmember and a second end joined to the front pillar. An inner wall of the dash crossmember may have an uneven shape that defines at least one bend extending in the right-left direction. The first end of the reinforcement plate may at least partly have a bent shape that conforms with the uneven shape of the dash crossmember.

Vehicle body

A body of a vehicle may include: a pair of front side members extending along a front-rear direction of the vehicle; a crossmember connecting the front side members to each other; a pair of gussets, each of the gussets being joined to an outer lateral surface of corresponding one of the front side members; a pair of crash boxes, each of the crash boxes being provided frontward of corresponding one of protrusions; and a bumper reinforcement connected to the gussets via the crash boxes, wherein a beam portion and each of protrusions overlap each other when viewed along the right-left direction.

Body of vehicle

Provided is a vehicle lower portion structure including: a thin plate portion that configures a portion of a substantially plate-like rocker component member on the vehicle rear side of a center pillar, the rocker component member configuring at least part of a rocker extending in the vehicle front and rear direction; and a thick plate portion that configures a portion of the rocker component member on the vehicle front side of the center pillar and whose plate thickness is set thicker than that of the thin plate portion.

Vehicle lower portion structure

A vehicle rear section structure includes: left and right rear side members disposed along a front-rear direction at width direction sides of a rear floor pan; a rear suspension member extending along the vehicle front-rear direction, and attached to front portions of left and right rear side members; a load bearing section projecting upwardly from the rear suspension member; left and right reinforcement members extending along the vehicle front-rear direction, and disposed at a vehicle width direction inner side of rear portions of the left and right rear side members and at a vehicle rear side of the rear suspension member, a rear end portion of the reinforcement member partially overlapping a rear bumper reinforcement in a vehicle front-rear direction view; and a rear cross member linking the left and right rear side members together and partially overlapping the load bearing section in the vehicle front-rear direction view.

Vehicle rear section structure

A vehicle rear portion structure includes: a vehicle rear floor having a low floor portion, a high floor portion that is placed on a vehicle rear side and a vehicle upper side of the low floor portion, and a step wall portion that interconnects a rear end portion at the vehicle rear side of the low floor portion and a front end portion at a vehicle front side of the high floor portion; a battery tray that is placed on the low floor portion, is joined to the low floor portion, and is configured to support a battery; and a reinforcement member that extends from the battery tray to the high floor portion and is joined to the high floor portion.

Vehicle rear portion structure

A vehicle rear section structure includes: left and right rear side members disposed along a front-rear direction at both width direction sides of a rear floor pan; a rear suspension member that includes left and right side sections disposed along the front-rear direction, both front-rear end portions thereof being attached to respective front portions of the rear side members; and left and right reinforcement members extending along the front-rear direction, and being disposed at a width direction inner side of rear portions of the side members and at a rear side of the rear suspension member, each including a straight ridgeline section extending along the front-rear direction from a front end portion across to a rear end portion of the reinforcement member, at least part of the respective front end portion of the reinforcement member overlapping the respective side section of the rear suspension member in a front-rear direction view.

There is provided a vehicle rear portion structure that can improve torsional rigidity of a rear body that has side members and a cross member. A bracket has a top wall portion to which an HV (high voltage) battery is fixed. Further, the bracket has a first leg portion, that extends from a front end portion of the top wall portion toward a vehicle lower side and that is fixed to a first rear cross member, and a second leg portion, that extends from a vehicle transverse direction outer side end portion of the top wall portion toward the vehicle lower side and that is fixed to a rear side member.
