A connector includes a housing defining a terminal holding chamber extending in a prescribed direction, a terminal member inserted to the terminal holding chamber along a prescribed insertion direction, and a retainer attached to the housing by being inserted to the housing along a direction perpendicular to the insertion direction so as to engage with a locking portion of the terminal member and thereby prevent the terminal member from coming off, wherein the terminal member is a bent article made of a plate material including a protruding portion having a top portion on one side in the direction along which the retainer is inserted to the housing, and the protruding portion has an end surface facing in the insertion direction of the terminal member and constituting the locking portion.

Connector

According to one embodiment, a sound absorption device includes: a first plate having a plurality of first holes; a second plate facing the first plate in a first direction; a first frame connecting the first plate and the second plate; and a third plate supported by the first frame so as to vibrate in the first direction within the first frame. A first space is formed in the first frame between the first plate and the third plate. A second space is formed in the first frame between the second plate and the third plate. The third plate includes a first portion and a second portion, the second portion having a higher vibration speed than the first portion.

Sound absorption device

According to one embodiment, an inspection apparatus includes a vibration sensor, a microphone, and a processor. The vibration sensor detects a vibration of an inspection target object to which the vibration is excited. The microphone arranged near the inspection target object and collects a radiated sound from the inspection target object. The processor calculates an impulse response between the vibration sensor and the microphone. The processor denoises an unnecessary component from the impulse response. The processor converts the impulse response into a frequency characteristic. The processor calculates acoustic energy between the vibration sensor and the microphone based on the frequency characteristic. The processor determine the presence/absence of an abnormal state of the inspection target object.

Inspection apparatus and inspection method

A connector includes a housing having an elastic locking piece and a terminal hole defining a terminal receptacle compartment extending in an insertion direction; and a terminal member to be inserted into the terminal receptacle compartment from rear to front along the insertion direction, wherein the terminal member has a first opening configured to be engaged with the locking piece when the connector is assembled, and a second opening defined on the front side of the first opening, and wherein a projection is formed on the terminal member and prevents the locking piece from being engaged with the second opening when the terminal member is inserted or removed, which prevents a user from wrongly perceiving that the insertion of the terminal member is completed despite not having achieved engagement between the locking piece and the first opening.

According to one embodiment, a noise reduction system includes a microphone, a loudspeaker, and processing circuitry. The processing circuitry switches an operating mode between a control mode and a path characteristic measurement mode, includes a control filter that generates a control signal that causes the loudspeaker to output a control sound for reducing noise, based on a detection signal obtained by detecting a first sound including the noise with the microphone, measures a path characteristic including an acoustic characteristic between the loudspeaker and the microphone, and generates the control filter by using a measurement result of the path characteristic and a noise feature signal including a feature of the noise.

Noise reduction system and noise reduction method

To allow an electronic control unit to be replaced with good work efficiency and prevent foreign matter from entering a casing during maintenance work, the connector connection structure includes an internal connector positioned inside a casing, an external connector positioned outside the casing and an electronic control unit electrically connected between the external connector and the electronic control unit wherein the electronic control unit includes a main part that opposes an opening formed in the casing when the internal connector is connected thereto, and a first conductive connection portion and a second conductive connection portion provided on either end of the main part and configured to be connected to the internal connector and the external connector respectively, and a first seal member is provided on an outer periphery of the main part, the first seal member closing the opening when the external connector is not connected to the electronic control unit and the internal connector is connected to the electronic control unit.

A sound inspection apparatus that includes at least three microphones, a removing unit, and an estimation unit. The removing unit calculates an impulse response based on a sound pressure of a radiation sound collected via a reference microphone and a first microphone, calculates an impulse response based on the sound pressure of the radiation sound collected via the reference microphone and a second microphone, and removes a component corresponding to the vibration sound from the calculated impulse response. The intensity calculation unit calculates an intensity of the radiation sound based on the impulse response from which the vibration sound is removed, and the estimation unit estimates, based on the calculated intensity, a site where an abnormality in the inspection target object has occurred.

According to an embodiment, a diagnostic apparatus includes a sound-emitting unit, at least one measurement unit, and a processor. The sound-emitting unit includes a plurality of speakers arranged at equal angular intervals on a circumference of a circle, and is configured to emit a first vibration sound to a target by using the speakers. The at least one measurement unit is arranged on a central axis of the circle, and is configured to measure a vibration of the target generated in response to the first vibration sound, or a second vibration sound radiated from the target due to the vibration. The processor is configured to diagnose the target based on an output from the at least one measurement unit.

Diagnostic apparatus and diagnostic method

An acoustic inspection apparatus includes a vibration sound source, a microphone group, and a processor. The vibration sound source emits a vibration sound to an inspection target object. The microphone group includes a first microphone arranged near the inspection target object and a second microphone arranged to have an interval with respect to the first microphone. The processor calculates a first impulse response between the first and second microphones, denoises a component corresponding to the vibration sound from the first impulse response, converts, into a frequency characteristic, a second impulse response obtained from the first impulse response, calculates acoustic energy between the first and second microphones based on the frequency characteristic, and determines an abnormal state of the inspection target object based on the acoustic energy.

Acoustic inspection apparatus and acoustic inspection method

According to one embodiment, a sensor module includes a sensor and a diagnosis circuit. The sensor includes piezoelectric transducers and switches. The piezoelectric transducers have different resonance frequencies. The switches are provided to correspond to the piezoelectric transducers, respectively. Each of the switches outputs an output signal corresponding to a voltage generated by an inverse piezoelectric effect of a corresponding piezoelectric transducer of the piezoelectric transducers. The diagnosis circuit diagnoses, based on a difference in pattern of the output signal, whether vibration has newly occurred in the sensor, and switch an output destination of the output signal of the sensor according to a result of the diagnosis.

Sensor module

According to one embodiment, a sensor module includes at least one sensor and at least one switch. The sensor includes a first piezoelectric element. The first piezoelectric element includes a first electrode. The first piezoelectric element is set with a resonance frequency to resonate at a vibration frequency of a detection target. The switch includes a second piezoelectric element. The second piezoelectric element includes a second electrode connected to the first electrode and a third electrode electrically separated from the second electrode.

The electronic device unit includes: a control target device; and an electronic control device, the control target device including: a control target housing; a control target component; and an inner connector, the electronic control device including: an electronic circuit including a circuit board and an electronic control component; and a first connector, which is electrically connected to the electronic control component. The control target housing has formed therein an opening, which allows the electronic control device to be placed in and taken out of the control target housing. When the first connector is connected to the inner connector, the electronic control device is located inside the control target housing.

Electronic device unit

Diagnostic device including a hammering sound signal acquisition unit, a frequency characteristic conversion unit, and an abnormality determination unit. The hammering sound signal acquisition unit acquires an i-th hammering sound signal and a j-th hammering sound signal representing hammering sounds with respect to striking applied to an i-th and a j-th struck position of an inspection target. The frequency characteristic conversion unit respectively converts the i-th hammering sound signal and the j-th hammering sound signal into an i-th frequency characteristic and a j-th frequency characteristic. The abnormality determination unit determines presence or absence of an abnormality in the inspection target on the basis of a matching degree of waveforms around peaks in the i-th frequency characteristic and waveforms around peaks in the j-th frequency characteristic. The diagnostic device can be used with an inspection robot to automatically analyze for loose stator wedges.
