[Object] To provide a sheet-like structure capable of highly accurately estimating a sheet-like shape. [Solving Means] A sheet-like structure includes a sheet-like member and a plurality of detection sensors. The sheet-like member extends along an in-plane direction orthogonal to a thickness direction and receives light incident on the sheet-like member. The plurality of detection sensors are dispersedly arranged on the sheet-like member along the in-plane direction and are for detecting an incident angle of the light with respect to the sheet-like member at each arrangement position of the plurality of detection sensors.

Sheet-like structure, shape estimation method, and spacecraft

To provide a sheet-like optical device capable of selectively emitting light whose optical path has a changed orientation. An optical device includes a first sheet and a second sheet. The first sheet is configured to be electrically switchable between a first state in which the first sheet extends along an in-plane direction orthogonal to a thickness direction and has transparency in the thickness direction, and a second state in which the first sheet has lower transparency in the thickness direction than the transparency in the first state. The second sheet has a prism surface on which an inclined surface inclined with respect to the in-plane direction is arranged along the in-plane direction, the second sheet facing the first sheet in the thickness direction.

Optical device, attitude control apparatus, and spacecraft

To provide a sheet-like structure capable of highly accurately estimating a sheet-like shape. A sheet-like structure includes a sheet-like member and a plurality of detection sensors. The sheet-like member extends along an in-plane direction orthogonal to a thickness direction and receives light incident on the sheet-like member. The plurality of detection sensors are dispersedly arranged on the sheet-like member along the in-plane direction and are for detecting an incident angle of the light with respect to the sheet-like member at each arrangement position of the plurality of detection sensors.

A transformer includes a first iron core group, a second iron core group, and winding portions. The first iron core group includes iron core stacks. The second iron core group includes iron core stacks each disposed to face a corresponding one of the iron core stacks of the first iron core group. Each of the winding portions is wound around its corresponding iron core stack of the first iron core group and its corresponding iron core stack of the second iron core group, the corresponding one iron core stack of the second iron core group facing the corresponding one iron core stack of the first iron core group. The iron core stacks of the first iron core group and the iron core stacks of the second iron core group each include annular iron cores stacked alternately.

Transformer and power converter

A power conversion device which is connected between an electric generation grid and a demand area grid and performs power conversion includes: a power converter which is connected to an electric generation grid and which converts AC power received from the electric generation grid to DC power and transmits the DC power via DC bus; and a control device for controlling the power converter. The control device includes a detection unit for detecting DC current of the DC bus, and a protection control unit for performing protection control for suppressing an amount of power received from the electric generation grid, on the basis of variation in the DC current, thereby continuing operation in the case of disturbance in the demand area grid.

Power conversion device and power system performing protection control for suppressing received power

Provided is a jet system capable of regulating a pressure of a jet substance without using any high-pressure gas supply subsystem. In a storage section for storing therein a jet substance such as fuel or oxidizer, a pressurizing substance such as liquefied gas is stored in addition to the jet substance, to enable the jet substance to be supplied from the storage section according to pressurization from the pressurizing substance. A jet operation is performed while an internal pressure of the storage section lowered along with discharge of the jet substance therefrom is at least partially recovered by at least a part of the pressurizing substance vaporized in the storage section.

Jet system

A vapor jet system to continuously jet vapors while suppressing cavitation. One vapor jet system includes a liquid storage part for separately storing two or more kinds of mutually insoluble liquids; a jet orifice; and a jet control part. Jetting the vapors is from a state where pressure in the space storing the vapors in the liquid storage part is higher than the saturated vapor pressure in any of the two or more kinds of liquids. Alternatively, a vapor jet system can include a fluid storage part storing one kind of liquid and at least one kind of inactive gas having a composition different from the liquid; a similar jet orifice; and a similar jet control part. Jetting the vapors and inactive gas(es) is (are) from a state where pressure in a vapor storing space in the fluid storage part is higher than the saturated vapor pressure in the liquid.

Vapor jet system enabling jetting for many seconds using multiple kinds of mutually insoluble liquid gases as fuel

A DC power transmission system interconnects a plurality of AC systems via a DC line. A plurality of power conversion devices are connected between the plurality of AC systems and the DC line. One of the plurality of power conversion devices controls the voltage on the DC line, while the remaining power conversion device controls a current input and output to and from the DC line. In a restart which resumes power conversion from a stopped state for controlling a DC current on the DC line, the power conversion device performing current control monitors the voltage on the DC line and starts a restart operation without transmitting or receiving information to or from the other power conversion device.

A torque generation system includes: a plurality of solar array panels and/or solar array panel divisions; and a torque controller configured to control an electricity generation ratio of each of the plurality of solar array panels and/or solar array panel divisions to generate torque.

Since a power converter including a modular multilevel converter uses a large number of cells each combining a plurality of switching elements and a DC capacitor, there is a problem of conduction loss due to the switching elements. The conduction loss is reduced by connecting a bypass circuit between terminals of each of the cells, controlling to open and close the switching element, and controlling to short-circuit the bypass circuit connected to the cell controlled to output zero voltage.

Power converter

Using two converters placed in a primary-side and a secondary-side and each configured as a single-phase full-bridge, and one single-phase transformer TR, a power conversion device converts DC power of a primary-side capacitor to which a primary-side DC voltage is applied, to DC power of a secondary-side capacitor to which a secondary-side DC voltage is applied, through a transformer. A control device sets a dead time Tdfor the converter serving as a power-transferring side converter, to be equal to or less than a current-polarity reversal time Tcmtt, to thereby surely achieve zero-voltage switching.

Power conversion device

In a power conversion system in which one or more converter cells are connected in series to form an arm for each phase, a control device includes a voltage command generating unit for generating a positive arm voltage command and a negative arm voltage command for each phase. The voltage command generating unit includes an AC current control unit, a circulating current control unit, and a command distributing unit. On the basis of inputted voltage commands, the command distributing unit subtracts voltage drop portions due to inductance values in the arms from respective voltages assigned as outputs of the positive arm and the negative arm, to distribute voltage components, thereby determining the positive arm voltage command and the negative arm voltage command.

Power conversion system

A power conversion device performs power conversion between three-phase AC, and DC, and includes a positive arm and a negative arm for each phase, each of which includes one or more converter cells connected in series. A voltage command generating unit in a control device includes an AC current control unit, a circulating current control unit, and a command distributing unit, and generates a positive arm voltage command and a negative arm voltage command for each phase. In the circulating current control unit, a compensator calculates a first control command so that circulating current for each phase approaches a circulating current command value, a suppression unit generates a second control command so as to suppress a 2f component and a 4f component contained in the first control command, and then the first control command and the second control command are combined to generate a circulation control command.

In a power converter which performs power conversion between plural-phase AC and DC, variation in voltage of the DC capacitor in each converter cell is detected, and when the variation exceeds a predetermined value, a DC voltage command value as a control target value in a DC voltage control unit which controls DC voltage between DC buses is corrected by being increased or decreased. Thus, when AC grid failure occurs, the capacitor voltage of each converter cell is maintained and the operation continuity is improved.

Direct-current power transmission power conversion device and direct-current power transmission power conversion method

An electric power conversion device includes a power conversion unit and a converter control unit. The power conversion unit includes three arms connected to an AC circuit. The converter control unit includes a phase DC voltage control unit, a negative sequence current command value calculation unit, an output current control unit, a circulating current control unit, a voltage command value calculation unit, and a gate signal generation unit, and imbalance of cell DC capacitor voltages among phases due to grid imbalance is controlled by circulating current and negative sequence current.
