A carbon dioxide recovery apparatus is disclosed including a flue gas cooling unit that brings flue gas cooling water into contact with a flue gas to cool the flue gas, a circulation channel through which the flue gas cooling water and condensed water are returned to the flue gas cooling unit, an absorption unit including a carbon dioxide absorbing section, and a flue gas washing section that brings the flue gas including carbon dioxide absorbed in the carbon dioxide absorbing section into contact with flue gas washing water and washes the flue gas, a regeneration unit that removes carbon dioxide from the absorbent including carbon dioxide absorbed in the absorption unit, a supply channel through which circulating water is guided, and a discharge channel through which the circulating water circulating through the flue gas cooling unit and the circulation channel is discharged to outside of a system.

Carbon dioxide recovery apparatus

A dehydration device removes moisture from a process gas compressed by a compressor, and includes a contactor that causes a dehydration solvent to absorb the moisture, a still column that separates the moisture from the dehydration solvent, a carrying line that carries the dehydration solvent from the contactor to the still column, a dehydration solvent conveying pump, a bypass line that couples the carrying lines upstream and downstream of the dehydration solvent conveying pump, a first on-off valve disposed in the bypass line, and a control device. In a case where the pressure detected by a pressure sensor is lower than a first predetermined pressure, the control device closes the first on-off valve and causes the conveying pump to operate, whereas in a case where the pressure detected by the pressure sensor is equal to or higher than the first predetermined pressure, the control device opens the first on-off valve and causes the conveying pump to stop.

An absorption liquid regeneration apparatus includes: a regeneration tower for regenerating a COabsorption liquid; a reflux water drum configured to separate released gas from the regeneration tower into COgas and condensed water, and return the condensed water to the regeneration tower; and a cleaning part installed in a gas-phase part of the reflux water drum or in a COflow passage through which the COgas having flowed from the gas-phase part flows, and configured to remove a COabsorption agent contained in the COgas by using a cleaning liquid. The cleaning liquid has a lower concentration of the COabsorption agent than the condensed water stored in a liquid-phase part of the reflux water drum.

A COrecovery device includes: a COabsorption tower in which COincluded in an exhaust gas is absorbed by a COabsorption liquid; and a COabsorption liquid regeneration tower that heats and regenerates the COabsorption liquid that has absorbed CO. The COabsorption liquid regeneration tower includes: a main body part in which the COabsorption liquid is temporarily stored; a boot part provided downward from a tank end of the main body part, having a relatively smaller capacity than the main body part; a flowmeter provided to the boot part, and measuring the liquid surface level of the COabsorption liquid that changes between the main body part and the boot part; and a control device controlling the liquid surface level of the COabsorption liquid between the main body part and the boot part on the basis of the measurement result of the flowmeter.

A steam supply system that can reheat COabsorbing liquid without lowering performance of a reboiler by decompressing a condensed water drum is provided. This system includes a reboiler that raises the temperature of absorbing liquid contacted with exhaust gas discharged from a boiler to absorb COin the exhaust gas and heated to eliminate CO. The reboiler includes a heat exchanger tube to which steam for heating is supplied and a condensed water drum that recovers condensed water of the steam introduced from the heat exchanger tube as steam drain, and the condensed water drum is provided with decompression unit that lowers pressure in the condensed water drum.

There is provided a large-sized reboiler that can achieve space saving and reduction in plant cost. Specifically, there is provided a large-sized reboiler comprising a vessel of which a liquid is supplied from a lower part and a vaporized gas is discharged from an upper part; and a heat transfer tube group arranged in such a manner that a void penetrating in the up-and-down direction is formed in the vessel, wherein a maximum length of a cross-sectional figure of a flow path for the liquid exceeds 2 m, and the void occupies 5 to 10% of an area of the cross-sectional figure of the flow path.

A regeneration towerof a COrecovery unit includes an upper regeneration portionthat has a tray portion, a lower regeneration portionprovided below the upper regeneration portionand having a liquid dispersion portion, and a supply line Lthat supplies absorbing liquid stored in the tray portionto the liquid dispersion portion. The supply line Lis provided with a heat exchanger, and the absorbing liquid is circulated using the density difference between the absorbing liquid flowing before the heat exchangerand the absorbing liquid flowing after the heat exchangeras a driving force. [Solving Means] To include an absorberthat absorbs COcontained in flue gas, a regeneratorthat strips COfrom COabsorbent (rich solution)to regenerate absorbent, internal shellsprovided at a bottom of the regeneratorwith a predetermined interval therebetween, into which regenerated COabsorbent is introduced by a feeding unitfrom a bottom side thereof so that the COabsorbent overflows from an upper end of the internal shell thereof toward the bottom of the regenerator, and a reboiler that is inserted into the internal shellsin a direction orthogonal to a vertical axis and includes a heat-transfer tubethat reboils absorbent. Steam separated from COabsorbent reboiled by the heat-transfer tubeis transferred to an upper part of a regenerator, condensed absorbent is caused to overflow from an upper end of the internal shell and to be discharged from a bottom side of a regenerator, and the absorbent is fed to the absorberas regenerated COabsorbent (lean solution)
