When a pulsed waveform is used to transmit power-supply power in a form of a power packet etc., a filter for reducing harmonic components is disposed on a power transmission side. A switch and a control portion for controlling ON/OFF of a function of the filter are provided to turn ON the function of the filter limitedly at each of timings tto tand tto tat which the power is transmitted. The harmonic components are reduced from the waveform of the transmission power by the function of the filter. Radiation noise generated by the wire harness is reduced in a high frequency region. The function of the filter is turned OFF at a timing at which digital information is transmitted so that a waveform of the digital information can be prevented from being deformed.

Pulsed power transmission apparatus

A wire harness to be installed in a vehicle includes an electric wire and a protective tube that protects the electric wire. The electric wire is provided at the lower part of a vehicle body of the vehicle and the protective tube covers the electric wire and includes ferromagnetic materials.

An inrush current inhibiting circuit is to inhibit an inrush current flowing to a load which includes an input capacitor and a pair of output terminals. The inrush current inhibiting circuit is provided with a switching element connected to the power source and on-off controlled, a first inductor connected between the switching element and a connecting point between the one output terminal and one electrode of the input capacitor, a diode whose cathode is connected to a connecting point between the switching element and the first inductor, a second inductor connected between an anode of the diode and a connecting point between the other electrode of the input capacitor and the other output terminal, and a control part for controlling the switching element.

Inrush current inhibiting circuit including a control part that controls a switching element

A power supply apparatus includes a primary-side circuit and a secondary-side circuit magnetically coupled by a transformer. The secondary-side circuit includes: a first circuit that is connected to a secondary winding of the transformer, performs current doubler rectification, and outputs a first output voltage; a second circuit that is connected to the secondary winding of the transformer, performs a step-down chopping operation, and outputs a second output voltage; semiconductor switching elements that control the step-down chopping operation; and diodes that are shared by the first circuit and the second circuit when rectifying a direct current voltage supplied from the primary-side circuit. The first circuit includes first inductors connected in parallel. A control unit controls switching of the primary-side circuit to establish electrical continuity between the secondary winding of the transformer and the first inductors in order.

Power supply apparatus

A current command value in a period from a time when a relay switch is turned on until charging of an inverter capacitor is completed is set to a value smaller than a value corresponding to the smallest one of rated currents of components included in a circuit, and is set to a value smaller than a maximum current value in a safe operating area of a switching element.

Inrush current limiting circuit

A fluid-measuring device intermittently drives a heater during a measurement period and receives outputs of the lateral side temperature sensors as lateral side temperature signals upon non-driving whenever the heater stops heating during a measuring period. Then, the fluid-measuring device receives outputs of the lateral side temperature sensors in response to the heating of the heateras lateral side temperature signals upon driving corresponding to the lateral side temperature signals upon non-driving. The fluid-measuring device also receives upstream and downstream side temperature signals outputted from upstream and downstream side temperature sensors corresponding to the lateral side temperature signals upon driving. The fluid-measuring device detects physical properties data of the fluid on the basis of the lateral side temperature signal upon non-driving and the lateral side temperature signal upon driving. The fluid-measuring device corrects the upstream and downstream side temperature signals on the basis of the physical properties data. The fluid-measuring device detects a temperature profile varied owing to the velocity of the fluid on the basis of the corrected upstream and downstream side temperature signals, and calculates the flow rate of the fluid.
