This injection molded article has a body part and a movable part. The body part has a first stopper part and a second stopper part, while the movable part has a movable body and a first rib and a second rib that are formed to protrude at both widthwise end parts of the movable body. A first groove and a second groove that extend in the depth direction perpendicular to the axial direction of a hinge part, are respectively formed between the movable body and the first rib and between the movable body and the second rib.

In a pulverization/dispersion processing system using a medium agitating type wet pulverization/dispersion machine, a system capable of judging the progress of pulverization/dispersion processing successively and objectively during the pulverization/dispersion processing is provided. A pulverization/dispersion processing systemincluding a medium agitating type wet pulverization/dispersion machine, a holding tankof a material to be processed, a circulating pump, and circulating linesconnecting these components to each other is equipped with a particle size distribution measuring instrument and/or a zeta potential measuring instrumentin one of the circulating lines. These measuring instrumentsperform measurement by means of an ultrasonic wave, and can use an ultrasonic attenuation method or an electronkinetic sonic amplitude method.

Pulverization/dispersion processing system

An outer rotational member has an inner wall surface and an outer wall surface. An inner rotational member is arranged inside the outer rotational member. Friction-clutch means is provided between the inner rotational member and the outer rotational member and is fastened by a thrust force. An oil lubricates at least the friction-clutch means. An oil space intervenes between the inner rotational member and the outer rotational member. Seal means seals the oil in the oil space. A first oil reservoir is recessed on the inner wall surface of the outer rotational member toward a side of the outer wall surface side.

Power transmission apparatus

A differential apparatus includes a differential casing, a pair of side gears and plural pairs of pinion gears. The pinion gears are accommodated in bores formed in the differential casing, respectively. On the side wall of the differential casing a plurality of lubrication holes are formed for introducing the lubrication oil into the differential casing. Each lubrication hole is arranged so that a center thereof is positioned in the vicinity of a meshing point of the pinion gears. In operation, due to the screw pumping effect of the pinion gears, plenty of lubrication oil is introduced into meshing portions of the pinion gears.

Differential apparatus

In a differential gear apparatus provided with a differential limitation mechanism, to prevent a washer interposed between the differential case and the coupling case from being seized by heat when viscous fluid is sheared into high temperature and pressure, the coupling case is formed integral with a first output shaft to increase rigidity of the coupling case. Further, it is preferable to form an inner hub integral with a second output shaft to increase rigidity of the inner hub.

Fluid composition for use in viscous coupling

To facilitate subassembly of a power transmitting (viscous coupling) apparatus without use of a hub, the apparatus comprises a multistep shaft formed with an input portion and a multistep shoulder portion steppedly narrowed in diameter from the input portion to the opposite side; a casing fitted to the multistep shaft from the opposite side of the shaft and formed with an output portion; and two sets of resistance plates engaged with and arranged along the axial direction of each of the multistep shaft and the casing, within a working chamber formed between the shaft and the casing, so as to intervene between two other resistance plates.

A differential apparatus comprises first and second rotary devices rotatable with respect to each other, a viscous clutch having a chamber filled with a viscous fluid and restricting a differential operation generated between the first and second rotary devices by the resistance of the viscous fluid, a friction clutch separated from the viscous clutch and restricting the differential operation, and a device for preventing the seal of the chamber from being reduced by an increase in pressure within the chamber and actuating the friction clutch in accordance with an input torque.

Differential gear assembly with viscous and friction clutch mechanisms

A power transmission apparatus having an input shaft connected, by planetary gearing, to two coaxially arranged output shafts. The planetary gearing permits differential rotation between the output shafts. A limiting device located between the output shafts to limit the differential rotation thereof. The limiting device includes a clutch member mounted on the first output shaft and alternating first and second clutch plates. The first plates are axially movable relative to and rotatably fixed to the clutch member, and the second plates are axially movable relative to and rotatably fixed to the second output shaft. An interengaging cam mechanism is carried on the clutch member and the first output shaft, and arranged such that upon relative angular movement between the clutch member and the first output shaft, the clutch member is moved axially to frictionally engage the first and second clutch plates.

Differential device for a power transmission apparatus

A power transmission device is provided. The device comprises a casing for receiving a torque input, output members arranged inside the casing, movable members provided movably around the output members respectively, one side face of each of the movable members forming a cam face, clutches adapted for connecting the casing with the output members, and a cam shaft fixed to the casing and located between the movable members, wherein the torque input of the casing is transmitted to the output members through two routes, i.e., through the cam and the movable members, and through the clutches. The power transmission device is further provided with several improved parts such as improved friction faces, resistant members, cam faces, and pin.
